the staff are very nice, clean room and the hotel is within walking distance to robinson place, rizal park and intramuros. in my opinion the area is safe to walk around at night.

Short stay here , its an ok hotel. Not a lot of amenities but it is good for solo travelers for a short stay since it is in a neighborhood close to everything

Very limited parking space, Don't ever think of bringing your car.
Surrounding Areas has a lot of homeless, Marites, tambay's, beggars.

The staff here are attentive, but the cleanliness of the hotel room could have been better. There were small flies and bugs coming out of the drains of both the bathroom sink and shower. It was also unpleasant to use the restroom in the lobby area as it had no AC and had mosquitoes flying around. As for the surrounding area, it was sad to walk by homeless people (chidren and adults) in the streets nearby, therefore I did not walk to the hotel by myself at night.
