별로 기대를 하지 않고 예약했는데.,,만족스러웠습니다.

방이 생각보다 작았습니다.호텔에 생수 없습니다.슬리퍼 없습니다.옷장 없습니다.칫솔 없습니다.준비해가지고 가야합니다.직원들은 친절합니다.

Overall, it's a nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. But my wife had an unsettling and embarrassing experience. She left a pair of her underwear in the bathroom. When the staff checked the room during checkout they obviously found the undergarment. Instead of being discreet about the situation, a male staff member brought the garment down waiving it in front of everyone in the lobby. I would expect a little more professionalism in handling the situation. Maybe train the staff on etiquette in case something like this happens to someone in the future. But because of this, I will never stay there again.

Everything was great except for the AC. It's not that cold.

Clean room and very close to US Embassy

Great hotel in a great location very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very near to the embassy and all other places to visit, clean and comfortable and staff are very accommodating.

Many hotels, do provide small amenities for example toothpaste, toothbrush, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I’d rather pay more and include those in my bill. For sure we will not coming back to this hotel again.

Clean rooms with a great view.

The air conditioning only works when you're in the room with your room key card inserted into a box on the wall. The room was around 90 degrees F when I went in and, if you leave and remove your card, the air turns off and you come back to a hot room again. I know this is common in the Philippines but that doesn't make it any easier on guests. It also shows that it's on a main street but it's in a back alley. Even the locals told me not to walk the alleys so I assume that means it's not safe. It's fine if you're there 1 day to go to the embassy or something but if you're stay is for vacation in Manila, definitely find a different hotel.

The staffs in Red Planet Manila Bay hotel are accommodating and very helpful with the guests either Filipinos or foreigners.

Amazing place to stay.

Thank you for taking care of my Mother and daughter on their stay. They were there for 3 nights for my daughter’s interview at the Embassy and every time they comeback to the room its always clean and that made them comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The place is nice and clean..but no free toiletries and if you ask for an extra pillow or towel they will charge you..but all in all the place is nice..
