I booked the room as a gift for my parents as they celebrate their 39th wedding anniversary. All my requests have been granted, no check in deposit, they allowed us to stay without additional charges, no parking fee and most of all the staff are very accommodating. Good job ERH! Its worth the money you spent. Not the type of instagramable hotel, but I am sure you'll gonna have a good stay at Red Hotel. The room was clean, everything is in order. The food at the bar at 17 floor was good, waiters are very responsive and accommodating, aside than that, they are too serious, and I don't know if they know how to smile as far as they look good, just kidding aside. Hehehe

I reserved a twin room for an overnight stay with my mom. Upon check in, we were given an upgrade without me asking and got a bigger room with a cute and nice dining table where my mom and I enjoyed our coffee. During the breakfast buffet, the staff were so attentive and offered to serve my mom who is a senior citizen instead of having her stand up and get her own food. Although we were initially confused where to check in/out, Tower A or B, overall, the stay was well worth it and we will surely come back.

They over delivered when it comes to room comfortability and staff service. We wanted a late check-out yet we booked on a date with high demand of people staying in (Feb 14) so we understand if they weren't able to grant our late check out request even we checked in at 6pm of Feb 13. We will surely recommend this to our friends! Hope to come back soon for a nice weekend stay.

The accommodation looked exactly the same as in photos. The check in and check out were easy. However, the staff is less smile. Everytime I went out for grocery, the staff always asked where I would go. It sounded like I kidnapped something and it was not even on check out day. Asking such question is not appropriate. The hotel staff should greet all of the giest warmly either they check in, check out, and also during the stay. Water hot water was not working. I already asked the technician to check, but there was no any technician coming to check. And also when I asked reception to assign housekeeping to clean my room, the reception asked for my key. The housekeeping should have it with them. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
