The plumbing is terrible! Hire, or better yet train, personnel to properly install and maintain the plumbing. I truly thought the sink faucet fixture was going to break off in my hand. Aside from the plumbing… the King(?) room was fantastic and I hope to stay there again!

The hotel needs to be remodeled. It’s not clean and cockroaches everywhere in the restaurant. Mosquito in the room even though I don’t have any window in my room. The front desk staff in the morning are very helpful and nice. The night staff is rude.

No safe in the room. I’ve never visited a hotel with twin beds in a room. We ordered a roll out bed and the condition of the bed was very poor. However we heard this was the nicest hotel in the area so we appreciate the service they provided.
