The Club Ten Beach Resort

Pros: - Near the beach 2-3 mins walk. - accessible to restaurants and convenience stores -the place was nice but if you will look closer to it not that much. -w ith welcome drinks (apple juice). Cons: - the rooms are old. - no fridge -no complimentary bottled water in the room. -door locks are not secured - there are coffee cups but no teaspoon - no security camera alongside hallways, - not all staffs are friendly - Wi-Fi doesn't even work well. I have to use my data just to get internet. - extra charge for broken saucer is Php 350. It doesn't make sense at all, too pricey. - Even have to pay for the extra person which is supposed to be still fitted in a family room, what's the sense of having 3 queen beds, I really don't get it. - Towels are provided but no hand towel nor face towel. - Shampoo and body wash are present but it looks like a soap dispenser in a mall. - No complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste as well. - they've even served us toast breads with molds. they exchange it with rice instead. They should be careful when serving food to the guest. I will never recommend this hotel. You may look for other hotels that is good and worth the price you pay.

Accidentally left some of our things and the staff were very honest enough to contact us right away. Kudos to the honest team!

Cleanliness - our room was very spacious but quite dusty. the bathroom also needs some maintenance. Service - the staff were very accommodating and friendly. they even offered us discounted rates on activities, but the manongs along the beach are still cheaper. Location - not beachfront. had to walk 5mins in a smelly alley with poor lightning at night. Comfort - fair enough for a place to sleep since most of the time you'll spend it at the beach. Meal - breakfast served was okay (choice of American or Filipino) but our request to serve our last breakfast on 6am due to early flight was not accommodated. earliest they can serve was 7am as per the receptionist.
