Aparthotel New Lux

Property is just directly opposite the astronomical clock - so plus points for location. However rooms are old and there was a hiccup where the clock view room that I booked was not given. Instead, they claim they “upgraded” us to a suite which is in a separate building with no clock view. After much arguments - they agreed to let us have the clock view room the next day. My other friend with normal room was also in another building with lots of stairs just to get to their room and there wasn’t a lift in that building.

These accommodations were absolutely perfect for me. This is a very new building in the heart of Wroclaw. My apartment (deluxe studio) overlooked the main square and everything was in walking distance. The apartment had all amenities and the washing machine was appreciated. This apartment also had a very large modern bathroom and lots of storage. I stayed 5 nights and would have been very comfortable staying here for a longer stay. The owner and staff were very kind and very responsive to any questions. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation more.

Excellent hotel that is located right in the center of old town. You couldn’t find a better location to stay if you want to experience the local culture, festivities and food. Aparthotel Lux staff were super friendly and helpful, their prompt communication in English via WhatsApp is very convenient. Overall, I would rate 5/5 for this property.

This must be the most comfortable and spacious aparthotel room I have ever had in an amazing location and at an amazing price.

Instructions on how to get to the place needs to be clearer. It took us the whole afternoon. People didn't know the street, even though it turns out to be the main square. Good thing there was somebody to open the door.

Wonderful old building in midievil town square updated with latest conviences (A/C, elevator, walk in showers). Very well maintained and clean. Central to everything. Lots of character. Exactly what you would imagine and want out of a trip to Wrocław.

Visit Wroclaw frequently and will go back to this place again! Really lovely!

Great customer service, we arrived latter than planned and they were very helpfuland quick to get us to our room for the night.

Right in center square, allowing me quick access to shops, bars, and the Christmas market.

Great place to stay. Safe, clean and private. Caring and helpful staff. Planning to visit again next year.

The apartment is in old town which is great. The employee that helped us was super helpful. He went above and beyond to be kind to us. Our issue was with the bed that was hard as a rock, and the air condition is in one room the living room area. You have to sleep with the bedroom door open, which defeats the reason we got an apartment with a seperate bedroom. A pair of cheap slippers would have been nice for the price we paid for the room. If these things don't bother you, then it is a good place.

The area was beautiful. The room was excellent. The only complaints I would have would be. The water doesn’t get very warm in the shower.

Excellent room itself, with great attention to detail in design and facilities, and fantastic location overlooking main square. Parking was 10 mins walk away, which was a bit of a pain - and can only park car at a street a few minutes walk away, which inconvenient with luggage. Customer service let down the experience. We asked to extend our stay by 1 night and were changed significantly more than the Expedia rate, despite being mid week. They then didn't keep a record that we'd asked to extend and banged on the door not once but twice along us to firstly checkout, and then to make immediate credit card payment, after being told we could pay on checkout. Finally despite checkout being an hour earlier than most other hotels, they refused our initial request for later checkout, saying we'd need to check on the day of checkout - which defeats the point. They did eventually grant a late checkout, but the dance was an unnecessary headache.

It was a perfect stay right in the middle of making square. All the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you.

Second time visiting here. Absolutely beautiful. Everything you need and spectacular cleanliness. Cannot wait to come again.
