Another amazing stay at the Benefis Hotel, our third this year! Large, quiet, comfortable room with quality toiletries and a comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Breakfast is excellent and will set you up for a day out exploring the sights of the city. Staff is attentive and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. You would have to be very demanding not to like this small but perfectly formed hotel. As a bonus, there is a great little ice cream shop across the road from the hotel!

Wonderful hotel....but beware...our room did not have a fridge, no safe, no milk or milk powder for tea or coffee in the room...you had to get it from reception. Also another small point...there is NO free parking. , and you MUST book parkin g in advance.

The hotel staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help you. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and had a wonderful reception when we were there. The area around the hotel offered shops and restaurants. Fresh fruits, flowers and bakeries were close by the hotel. Also very close was bus service to many points of interest.

We really liked the hotel it was very clean and and modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful, they even helped us book several day trips. The hotel was also located close to everything. We would highly recommend this hotel. We were particularly impressed with one of your staff Ewelina who made us feel at home and went out of her way to be accommodating.

We had a wonderful 3 night break in Krakow, the view from our room overlooked walwel castle, and lit up at night, it was like something out of a fairytale! Amazing value for money, the hotel really deserves more stars than the 3 it has. The 'room' comprised of an entrance area, large bathroom, sitting area aswell as the bedroom and a balcony. Absoloutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel.Standard room on first floor with two twin beds was very spacious,clean and nice. Hotel has a restaurant in the basement with private section where you can meet with family or friends.Food and service there is very good. Breakfast with great selection is served there every morning. Staff at the front desk is very pleasant.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area of krakow, within walking distance of the centre. Accessable for the trolley bus and buses in general. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was intimate and the staff polite and unintrusive. The food was of a high standard and very reasonable. There was a large selection of wines to choose from. A most pleasant experience.

We truly enjoyed our short stay here. The rooms were HUGE and the staff was all wonderful. The restaurant was very underrated- one of the best meals we had on our entire trip in Europe, for next to nothing. The hotel was really great and we will certainly stay again if we return to Poland.

We chose this as it is close to the castle and not too far from the old city. The rooms were excellent - numbers 35 and 16 and they were clean and in great condition. Good showers and comfortable beds. We enjoyed breakfasts which were European - no bacon and eggs, but plenty of cold meats, cheeses, breads and some hot foods.
