Perfect hotel to stay. Pigeons in the morning where awfully annoying though

Overall it is a nice hotel in a nice location, but it was so noisy, you can hear people showering in the next door. During my stay there, so many young people were living there, I am not sure if it is because of the fact that they are loud or just because of the sound proof wasn’t good, it is almost like sleeping in a busy street all night long. 😂

Nice and well located hotel, staff were friendly and efficient, room was turned up every day. Thought it was an ominous sign when there were earplugs on the bed when I arrived but no noise issues

Lovely clean hotel in the main area. Booked B&B which was served in the ajoining cafe and was excelkent. Staff were friendy and helpful. I highly recommend.

Having booked as a solo traveller to a very affordable single room I was a little apprehensive about the claim of a 24/7 reception for a hotel that was modest in size. I knew that my travel plans had me arriving at 01:30 in the morning and sure enough I was greeted by a very welcoming front of house. Having dumped my bag in my free upgraded double room I was also able to get out and sample the local hospitality, as there was a bar still open close to the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, great selection that was constantly being topped up. The rooms themselves were great value for money, clean and well serviced. Would recommend, and I'll be returning later in the year.

We booked this hotel for its location, which was right in the heart of Gdansk old town and the Christmas market. Due to this, it was extremely noisy, particularly at the weekend, with a considerable amount of noise from the bar below until the wee small hours. We had earplugs, and could still hear the street noise but this is not the hotel's fault. Just something to consider when booking. For us, the hotel had good and bad points. The staff were (largely) lovely - friendly and helpful. Our deluxe room was a decent size and had a seating area, which helped during a 7 night stay. The room was serviced on a daily basis, if required. During our stay, the power went off overnight, resulting in a very cold room the next morning with no facilities for us. Additionally, the water supply went off one day, meaning no bathroom facilities. The staff didn't volunteer information or assistance in either case, which was disappointing. Breakfast, whilst it may suit some, really didn't hit the spot with us. The items we could eat, we felt were of poor quality and the staff seemed very indifferent, so we didn't eat there after the 3rd morning of our stay. There's a Costa across the street. The sofa and carpet in our room were badly stained, and the safe didn't work. You can't deny the location is perfect, however I don't think we'd choose to stay here again, sadly.

Nice hotel in the centre of Gdansk. We visited for the Christmas market and it was directly on our doorstep. The only downside to this hotel is that it's very noisy at night. The hotel provided earplugs but I still found it difficult to sleep as the area is bustling and the noise continued into the early hours of the morning.

Such a lovely place! In a heart of old city, very beautiful building. Best option for “pedestrian” vacation (as parking seems a bit struggle) as everything - from grocery stores to fine dining, museums etc in 10 minutes walk distance. Staff are real superheroes, always willing to do extra mile. Kudos to receptionists who always willing to help even in the middle of the night. Restaurant looks nice unfortunately I had no time to dine or lunch in there, only breakfast- which as good as simple with plenty amount of options for decent price Last but not least cleaning crew are top tier Thank you everyone! You definitely made my holidays

Location is great and breakfast had a good variety of options.

Perfect stay in a quiet place and a great location. Heavy desodorisant smell but although I am usually very sensitive to this, it didn't bother me that much. Very hot water, a kettle, fridge, tea.
