Reception staff were super helpful and showed us three room options. Room was large and spacious, however the aircon didn't work on the first night. Informed reception next morning and after the third attempt to remotely reset the aircon, we were informed that they needed a technician the following day. No help to us, but they provided a tiny fan heater that happened to have a single fan only option. This basically pushed the warm air around the whole night. So two warm unpleasant nights. In compensation, was provided a voucher for two drinks at the bar. Went down and got a red wine, from a strange bottle covered in wine spillage. The bar tender used a metal measuring jug before decanting it into my glass. That was a first for me. First sniff, I thought it was old and once back at my warm room had a taste. Yes my initial thought was correct. Poland is not a wine drinking hotspot and I hate to think when this bottle was opened. I've endured bad wine before, but couldn't drink this one. Had arranged to have breakfast before checking out at a reduced cost which was explained at checkin. Arrived at the breakfast buffet to be informed that their was no booking prior and we would have to pay the full price. After explaining the situation with the two young door staff, one went to fetch a manager. By the time the manger arrived, my wife was over this hotel experience and let them know it and we left to the airport without breakfast. Not a great Wyndham experience

Loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at with hundreds and hundreds of nights spent around the world. Was there on a Tuesday night, insanely loud karaoke playing outside til 4:00am, sounded like the speakers were right in our room even tho we were on the 5th floor. Made it impossible to sleep and staff was unwilling or unable to do anything about it. Completely unacceptable.

3 Couples stayed at this hotel in separate rooms, the location, the hotel, staff and most importantly the cleaners were magnificent, the only criticism was some of our towels were threadbare, however we will stay here again for sure

The best part is the location, right at the core of the city center, with full of possibilities of joy. Worst is the pub in front of you stop playing loud music until 05:00, if you are traveller looking for fun, 10/10, but for family or couples maybe stay out

Booked a total of 28 nights across 4 bookings involving 8 people. 1 x 1 night, 4 x4 nights, 3 x 3 nights, 1 x 2 nights. I arrived first on a 1 night booking in Business room with breakfast (to both check on breakfast and noise level at front of hotel) then I became 1 of the 4x4 in quiet (internal courtyard) rooms. Rooms at front are very noisy. They do provide ear plugs but they have little effect on noise from bars & clubs opposite hotel entrance. This is particularly a problem on Thu/Fri/Sat when the noise goes on to after 3am. Internal rooms are quiet. Breakfast was disappointing for the standard of hotel. Hams and pork products are one of Poland’s strengths but all the cold cuts were chicken and the only hot pork was an American style hotdog sausage. Bread didn’t seem fresh. Juices were longlife carton standard not freshly squeezed. Labelling of items was very poor. Butter and margarine were indistinguishable kilo blocks. There were no little pots to transfer the jams & marmalades into so you had to pool them on a serving plate. Plus it’s very expensive in comparison to what’s available in the nearby cafes, bars and restaurants. I requested a 4pm check out for 1 (of 8) people but was only allowed 2pm because they initially claimed the hotel was fully booked. When I showed them plenty of availability showing in all rooms they still insisted they wouldn’t be able to turn the rooms they needed around in time as they had 200+ arriving from 3pm. None arrived before 4p

Overall very nice, spacious rooms, kettle (not coffee pod machine - which is a plus! Great air con which was essential as very hot! Only issue we had was a lack of curtains / blinds - so was woken up at 4.15am every day when it got light. Only there for 2 nights so not a huge issue.
