Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town

Love this property and it’s location.

We’ve spent the entire day trying to call the hotel to ask about parking. After 6 or 7 unanswered phone calls we’ve made it outside the main entrance. My wife ran in to ask about parking and was directed where to go. After parking the car as instructed we’ve checked in at the lobby only to find out an extortionate parking fee of 100PLN. If we’d known the amount prior to parking there we would have parked elsewhere. It’s a complete tourist trap. Staff at the lobby dismissed me when I asked why nobody picked up while we were trying to call. The room was clean but there was no soap in the dispenser, after mentioning it to the reception staff a refill was provided. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Didn’t have a chance to check out the amenities as we were only staying for the night.

Phenomenal stay. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Our room was gorgeous and the amenities top notch. The location couldn’t have been better. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful treat as well, with lots of options to accommodate food allergies in our party. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Clean and comfortable room

We had a lovely stay at the Wyndham Wrocław Old Town. The room was very clean and we had plenty of space (it looked like it had been recently renovated but it could well just have been very well maintained). We loved that you could take a plant from the reception to bring to your room as a personal touch! The carafe left in the room for the water machine by the lifts was also so handy - we definitely made use of that. The location was super and allowed us to really pack a lot in during our short stay. Lovely hotel staff too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wrocław - absolutely worth what we paid.

Place was nice.

Reception staff were super helpful and showed us three room options. Room was large and spacious, however the aircon didn't work on the first night. Informed reception next morning and after the third attempt to remotely reset the aircon, we were informed that they needed a technician the following day. No help to us, but they provided a tiny fan heater that happened to have a single fan only option. This basically pushed the warm air around the whole night. So two warm unpleasant nights. In compensation, was provided a voucher for two drinks at the bar. Went down and got a red wine, from a strange bottle covered in wine spillage. The bar tender used a metal measuring jug before decanting it into my glass. That was a first for me. First sniff, I thought it was old and once back at my warm room had a taste. Yes my initial thought was correct. Poland is not a wine drinking hotspot and I hate to think when this bottle was opened. I've endured bad wine before, but couldn't drink this one. Had arranged to have breakfast before checking out at a reduced cost which was explained at checkin. Arrived at the breakfast buffet to be informed that their was no booking prior and we would have to pay the full price. After explaining the situation with the two young door staff, one went to fetch a manager. By the time the manger arrived, my wife was over this hotel experience and let them know it and we left to the airport without breakfast. Not a great Wyndham experience

Great breakfast and awesome service.

Nicely situated and very comfortable pace to stay. Hotel gives easy access to the old town square and opens up to a great seafood restaurant. Also has underground parking at a decent rate. All good.

Great stay!

Loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at with hundreds and hundreds of nights spent around the world. Was there on a Tuesday night, insanely loud karaoke playing outside til 4:00am, sounded like the speakers were right in our room even tho we were on the 5th floor. Made it impossible to sleep and staff was unwilling or unable to do anything about it. Completely unacceptable.

Nice hotel right in the Main Square

3 Couples stayed at this hotel in separate rooms, the location, the hotel, staff and most importantly the cleaners were magnificent, the only criticism was some of our towels were threadbare, however we will stay here again for sure
