Perfect location, great view. Well priced.

Quaint beach front property.

The room was lovely overlooking the sea. We were upgraded to a sea view which was very nice except the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep at the restaurants below. The party went on until around 5 am with drunk people screaming through the night. It was awful and we were there for one rainy night. I wish we hadn't had the upgrade and had a more peaceful sleep. It was also tricky to find parking and I had to wake up to move the car which was quite a walk away.

This hotel is 1 minute walking distance to the Nazare beach. The location cannot be better. The narrow street made loading/unloading luggage a bit challenging, but it is Nazare in general.

A very well situated place, although parking proved a task and being in an old building meant no elevator. Otherwise we would recommend without hesitation.

Safe, well maintained, clean place to stay for a short time. Friendly staff. Next to shops and restaurants, 1 minute walk to the beach.

Fabulous location although it was very noisy. The staff were kind. The rooms are VERY small. We had to open our suitcase on our bed. The breakfast was tasty. We would recommend this hotel for the location.

This was a great hotel. We lived everything about it. The room was so cute and little balcony we sat out and could see the ocean. Awesome places to eat and walk to activities. We would stay again

Best location in Nazare! Basically on the beach. Just streets away from the tram that takes you up to the lighthouse, to see the big waves. Close to a laundromat. Short walk to the bus station too. Breakfast was included and served at a great little cafe across the street. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Something for everyone. Our room was nice and bright. Comfortable bed and bedding! Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at By The Sea. Centrally located, room was spacious and clean. They offer breakfast across the way which is quite filling. I do wish they would have offered coffee in their kitchenette, as one morning we needed to leave before the breakfast place opened and there was none to have. Thankfully we found a bakery on our way that was open before 8am. Would visit again

Great comfy stay, rooms are smaller but no issue there. Very nice staff, great location. Breakfast included across the street. Lounge area with fridge if needed. No elevator but no issue depending on the traveler. Would stay again

Location fabulous. If you are a light sleeper, may hear kitchen noises til 11pmish as a restaurant on first floor and at back of property. But sadly, this goes along with having a convenient location. Note, I don’t think there is an elevator. Very functional room. Super clean. Would recommend for a short stay.

We arrived a little early before the hotel was open. We called a contact number and staff cheerfully arrived to admit us. Our room was on the the second floor at the corner with the best view of the nearby beach. The room was small but clean and the view more than compensated. The hotel is steps from the beach, restaurants, and the funicular to take you to the North Shore. We would stay there again and recommend.

Great location in beautiful Nazare. The room is small but we were only there one night so no problem. Very clean and excellent service. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Good location. Disappointed that breakfast was in a separate cafe, but, if you like bread, the breakfast was enough.

On the main square, steps from the beach. We loved it! Rooms are small so consider that if you have lots of luggage.
