Fresh breakfast with large variety served directly to our room each morning at a time we chose. Very friendly and accomodating staff, just to mention Miguel, Paolo, and Catarina. Large, quiet, apartment rooms. Our 1st floor room was well above the street level, at a 2nd floor height. Elevator or stairs covenient. Hotel was able to provide us a daily complimentary parking space in front (only 3 available, so we were somewhat lucky in that regard). Great location to restaurants and downtown Lisbon sights, including city overlook and riverfront parks. Excellent hotel, would book again when in Lisbon.

I had a wonderful stay at this flat. The place was clean, quaint, eco-friendly and well located. The staff were attentive and friendly.
It is within a five-minute walk to the Rossier train station and several nearby shops (pastries, souvenirs, dining, groceries, etc.) including Ale Hop and Normal (If you can't find what you need between those two stores, you probably aren't looking hard enough). It is about a 10 minute walk to the oceanfront and Commerce Plaza. They bring a hearty breakfast to the room every morning (or in the evening if you prefer). They determine the menu but will accommodate dietary needs and reasonable preferences. The decor is artistic shabby chic mixed with innovatively repurposed industrial pieces. There is a full kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, stove, electric kettle, sink) and a little table setting in the kitchen and on the balcony. The shower water pressure and temperature are great. I would absolutely return to this flat for another stay.
My only criticism is that the elevator is tiny and the doorknobs can be a little tricky.

Great stay overall. The location is excellent—very central, surrounded by many restaurants, and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, and breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch.
The only downside was the coffee: the coffee included with breakfast was low quality, and you have to pay extra if you want more than two capsules of better coffee.

Location is great . Easy to move around . The staff at reception is helpful . Most importantly , you can grab a taxi n alight at the front door of the hotel . The room is spacious for 4 persons n the breakfast is great too . Highly recommended ti book this apartment hotel if you plan to go Lisbon . The only drawback could be a bit noisy at night but small issues as the convenience and cozy room stands out

We had such a great stay! The front desk staff went above and beyond—they were able to accommodate our luggage when we arrived and again when we left and they even let us check in early, which was such a lifesaver after a long tiring trip. The hotel was spotless, in a fantastic location, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Truly made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I liked the breakfast delivered each morning. Location was perfect. I would’ve liked a more traditional bathroom vanity that had more countertop space and storage so I could store and lay out my toiletries when getting ready but I made it work. Apartment was quite spacious. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and I loved having a kitchen. The cleaning ladies were very good at their jobs and were so polite and helpful as was everyone else. I can’t say enough how perfect the location is. The airport transportation I booked through the hotel worked perfect. Great drivers and on time. We will be coming back to Portugal with my grown children and will definitely stay at Chiado Arty Flats again.

Thank you for making our stay amazing! Hospitality started with a warm welcome with a bottle of wine. The flat is uniquely designed and very sleek and modern. This place is conveniently located and walkable from good restaurants, mall, train station.
