Kind staffs, clean and organized place.

Nice hotel, with easy bus/taxi journey into central Lisbon. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The only negative was the temperature of the shower would jump from ok to very hot every minute or so. Breakfast was good with quite a few options to choose from.

Clean hôtel. Close to public transportation. Nice and friendly staff.

1st room dirty but they changed after I found some died insect in my bed

We visited Lisbon for the champions league final. The hotel is a great location to be able to get the bus from the airport, 783 or 744. Straight forward and cheap. We were able to walk to the stadium, abt 50 mins. Meant we avoided crowded buses and metros both way. The hotel was comfortable, room safes didn't work. Breakfast was included but we didn't use as service finished at 10am. Reception friendly. Nice balconies but no chairs for sitting out. 2 lifts, 1 didn't work. We asked for rooms next door but were on different floors disappointing but nothing else. Quiet location, so slept well. Fridge, tea, no coffee or milk. Overall good value, close to centre of Lisbon, plenty of cafes and supermarkets close by. Would stay again for the location. And we won 🎉🎉🎉

Hotel Capital turnednout to be a nice, clean hotel that I was able to book last-minute. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned daily, and the included breakfast buffet was good. Only minor complaints were about the lack of a bathroom door and need for shelves andnhooks in the bathroom.

Remodeled small hotel, located in a nice residential area, not far from the airport but too far away from.the main tourist area, however metro and bus stops are very near. Good breakfast, very helpful staff. Old towels, bathroom smelled bad and the cleaning lady forgot everday to replace my water botlle.

Every thing was good, excepted my stayed was included breakfast that the last day I missed it because my flight was early. In the same situation the other places always give me a pick nick’s pack and they didn’t.

Staff was very helpful. Overall, this is a good property . My only suggestion would be to have a big more variety in breakfast and more fresh items.

Everything is good about this place

I liked my room and the fact that I checked in ahead of schedule. I had a lovely breakfast and the staff was very welcoming.

I liked that it was close to some big avenues with plenty of restaurants. On the other hand, the staff wasn't really helpful, the receptionist lookeded anoyed when I asked him questions. The safe box wasn't working, the hotel could have better, newer, cleaner towels

Staff was so helpful to guide me how to turn on the A.C. Nice breakfast. Convenient for a stay before flying out of Lisbon.

This property is a gem. Just a minute walk from the metro in a quiet and safe business district. Many food choices and cafes. I especially like the space of the room. It is a fuss-free establishment, with good toiletries fitting. I would definitely recommend this establishment to practical, neat and fuss-free travellers!

EASY ACCESS TO LOCAL TRANSPORT IE METRO IN A NICE QUIET SAFE AREA. HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND BEDROOMS WERE NICE AND BIG AND VERY COMFORTABLE . WOULD TOTALL RECOMMEND

Nice place to stay in Lisbon, quiet neighbourhood with great restaurants nearby. Well connected to the city centre and the airport.

Entering the hotel, it has a very nice, modern feel as it has been renovated. Didn’t like the small elevator that required walking up steps with luggage to access. Also didn’t like the tiny shower entry. This is a micro hotel and should be advertised as such. Breakfast is only served between 8-10. This is inconvenient for those who want to get an early start.

The bad. Terrible breakfast, tight space in elevator, in-room amenities, front hotel is covered up by renovation work making it impossible to find from the road. You might stand in front of it without knowing as there is no sign. The good. Modern clean spacious room. 10 mn walk to Entrecampos train station. 3 mn walk to nearby metro.
