とても綺麗なホテルでした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。

シャワーの水が部屋の中に漏れてくる、コーキングが甘い。TVのリモコンの効きが悪い。 ガラスの蓋をしているためと思われる。

Kind staffs, clean and organized place.

Nice hotel, with easy bus/taxi journey into central Lisbon. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The only negative was the temperature of the shower would jump from ok to very hot every minute or so. Breakfast was good with quite a few options to choose from.

Clean hôtel. Close to public transportation. Nice and friendly staff.

1st room dirty but they changed after I found some died insect in my bed

Foi muito bom o atendimento do time do Hotel, são atenciosos e prestativos. Contudo, o café da manhã é fraquíssimo com poucas opções, deixando a desejar. A localização é ótima, com boas opções de refeição e transporte publico.

We visited Lisbon for the champions league final. The hotel is a great location to be able to get the bus from the airport, 783 or 744. Straight forward and cheap. We were able to walk to the stadium, abt 50 mins. Meant we avoided crowded buses and metros both way. The hotel was comfortable, room safes didn't work. Breakfast was included but we didn't use as service finished at 10am. Reception friendly. Nice balconies but no chairs for sitting out. 2 lifts, 1 didn't work. We asked for rooms next door but were on different floors disappointing but nothing else. Quiet location, so slept well. Fridge, tea, no coffee or milk. Overall good value, close to centre of Lisbon, plenty of cafes and supermarkets close by. Would stay again for the location. And we won 🎉🎉🎉

Hotel Capital turnednout to be a nice, clean hotel that I was able to book last-minute. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned daily, and the included breakfast buffet was good. Only minor complaints were about the lack of a bathroom door and need for shelves andnhooks in the bathroom.

Remodeled small hotel, located in a nice residential area, not far from the airport but too far away from.the main tourist area, however metro and bus stops are very near. Good breakfast, very helpful staff. Old towels, bathroom smelled bad and the cleaning lady forgot everday to replace my water botlle.

Every thing was good, excepted my stayed was included breakfast that the last day I missed it because my flight was early. In the same situation the other places always give me a pick nick’s pack and they didn’t.

Staff was very helpful. Overall, this is a good property . My only suggestion would be to have a big more variety in breakfast and more fresh items.

Ottima struttura. L'hotel è nuovo, le camere spaziose. Vicinissimo alla stazione della metro gialla Campo Pequeno, c'è pure un supermercato a pochi passi. La sala della colazione è spaziosa e pulita, principalmente ci sono cibi salati, ma anche qualche dolce biscottini, cereali, frutta e panini per burro e marmellata. Tutto fresco! Il cappuccino è buono, l'espresso dipende da quale macchinetta lo si fa. Devo dire che siamo rimaste soddisfatte, complimenti Capital!

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. There was many kinds of bread, warm things, fruits etc. Location was good, quiet neighbourhood and two metro station within walking distance. The only downsite was that the refrigerator in the room was noisy.

Excelente experiência! Pessoas de uma sensibilidade incrível, maravilhosas sempre prontas ajudar...vim fazer uma cirurgia, e tive pequenos percalços, a gentileza e a disponibilidade das pessoas deste hotel sao fora de série.. recomendo a 100% A unica coisa que pode ser mais complicada é mesmo a nivel do estacionamento, pago entre as 9h e as 19h, caro, e a rua do hotel nao dispoe de estacionamento sendo so para residentes... de resto 5 estrelas.

Helt utmärkt upplevelse, nära Metro och fina restauranger i saldanha. Nyrenoverat, trevlig personal och väldigt bekvämt.
