Hotel is beautiful, cannot say enough about the staff, from the lovely lady who cleaned our room, fantastic bartender, or super helpful front desk staff! Location is beautiful. Ample parking. Will definitely return!!!

Really lovely and peaceful location despite being in the centre of the town. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious too. We recommend this place very highly.

Excellent breakfast included. Great location, attentive staff, comfortable room, big soaking bathtub. Also the hot tub outdoors was great after a long hike, quite warm and open until 10 pm a plus.

The location is great and Povacao is such a lovely town. The hotel has some nice features such as the pool and the circular staircase but somehow it has very little good atmosphere. The welcome is not very friendly and a four star hotel should provide pool towels without demanding a deposit or having to sign a contract not to use the ones from the room. The breakfast is ok and the beds are very comfortable.
