Great airport hotel. The property is beautiful, outside and inside, and well maintained. Rooms are small, but that's Portugal. Only complaint is my shower door was VERY hard to open (it sticks due to the bottom door seal). They have a nice little restaurant/cafe. Airport shuttle is well organized, but you have to reserve it.

Reasonable, close to airport but also easy to get an Uber to Old Town, Belem, etc.. Provide transportation to airport. Very clean.and amazing helpful staff!!

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of our holiday. The hotel is immaculate but the downfall is the rooms are super small and managing two suitcases was a challenge. Also no restaurants beyond the hotel in the area and its very commercial location. All that said I would stay there again if I had to get an early flight.

Muy regular. Hotel nuevo pero servicio muy malo y aire acondicionado dañado y nunca lo repararon pese a varios pedidos. Dificil comunicación con front desk que parecen no bien entrenados Escogi hotel por shuttle al aeropuerto pues llegaba tarde, pero nunca contestaron mi intento de reserva ni por telefono ni correo. Luego pese a reservar para ir a aeropuerto no funciona servicio por descoordinacion. Si lo escogen por el Shuttle como lo huce yo, mejor buscar otro hotel pues es puro cuento.

The property is nice. The only problem we had in this hotel is that we scheduled a shuttle to the airport and when we showed up our names weren't on the list. We ended up calling a Uber. The issue was with the check in lady that forgot to add our names to the list.

The front desk and dining staff were great!
However, I tried to contact the hotel after we left and tried many times to call but no one answered! I had left my ipad in the room and was on my way to the airport and wanted to make arrangements to get it. Hours later and still nothing!
I also tried to contact expedia with no luck!

This review is 100% true and factual. I was supposed to stay at this hotel for one night in April, the very day that all of the electricity went out in Portugal. I got stuck in Barcelona, the airline cancelled all of the flights and it was impossible to get to Lisbon that day. Since it was not my fault I messaged the hotel twice asking if they could provide a refund, I have never received a reply or a refund. Facts.

The woman who checked us in was respectful , kind and very efficient. this check in was all after the country just went through a blackout - Lisbon airport affected - and the fallout on hotels was awful. I would say the only thing I found disappointing was how small the room was.

Great hotel close to airport.
Would be nice if the bathrooms had shelves to put things on as well as hooks to hang towels on, there was no where to place anything around the sink area.

Due to the electrical power outage/cyber attack that happened on April 28, 2025 (in europe), my flight to Lisbon from Marseille was canceled, and therefore I was unable to flight to lisbon and keep up with my hotel reservation.... So, I asked the hotel management if I could be reimbursed (refunded) eventhough my time to cancel my reservation had already expired (24h before my stay at the hotel). So far, I got no response from the hotel management!!!! And also nothing from Expe-dia either! Thus, for all of these issues: Grade, 0/10

Front desk clerk was very friendly, inviting and efficient - a great first impression. Hotel was only 8 months old so cleanliness was good but inexplicably the shower stall was already leaking water! The room was rather cramped but comfortable. Our dinner was good and made better by excellent service. Since we had an early flight we partook of the breakfast. The variety wasn't bad but it was in no way a good value for what we got.

Teresa checked me in, and she was great! My 7AM shuttle driver on May 1 was outstanding! He was so kind as to help me with my heavy baggage unloading at the airport, and he even secured a luggage cart
for me to push
