The hotel is very close to the airport. Tjis can be your hub since drive to the tourist area of the city is short and you don’t want to stay in a hotel there is very noisy and crowded. So it is nice to be out of that area once you visited. This hotel is one of the few with queen size beds and that has double beds.

This is a very very tired property. It is very out of date, the furniture is ancient and falling apart, and we had serious plumbing issues with brown shower water (!) in one of our rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly but this place is basically one night roof and bed next to the airport if that’s what you’re looking for.

We had a family suite. Absolutely unsanitary washroom. Shower is full of mold. Thankfully we were only there for the night to catch our flight out of Lisbon. The room also has bad air circulation, not all lights work and the toilet doesn’t always flush fully. This hotel needs a major renovation.

Had water coming from the ceiling. Changed rooms to an upgrade, comped breakfast. New room had sinks completely clogged up. Bottom line, this property is falling apart. Staff is great.

It was night time that I asked the young lady that we did not have the ice bucket in our room, she was not very friendly, no expression of concern from her face and she told us to go to the reception. The lady in the reception told us that " I do not know why she told you to come to me"? Those 2 ladies were not very friendly. Pedro I guess was the name of the guy who helped us with our luggage and he was very helpful and very friendly. He is on his 50's I guess. All in all this guy in oir short stay was very kind and nice.

Stayed here overnight to be near the airport and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport. The restaurant at the hotel was great too.

The room smelled of old furniture, and there was a noise in the ceiling, something like a motor or something very annoying. I had to sleep all night with earplugs in. Apart from that, the staff were lovely. A huge Thank you to Lisinio (hopefully I'm saying their name correctly) from the restaurant, who took our order perfectly and was really nice. Thank you!

Absolutely awful experience here. The pictures look nothing like what you actually get. The property is filthy. We were put in a room with black mold all over the shower, a broken couch, one bed the sheets were ripped to the mattress, the other the sheets were stained, and stains all over the walls and the couch was broken. We get moved to another room that one has black mold too. We literally walked around and went to several different rooms (probably about 6) with the front desk workers and every single room had black mold. Told the desk manager all he said was “okay” and “we’re under some renovation” as if renovation has anything to do with a mold and lack of cleanliness.

Nice place to sleep, plus had a very good dinner and great breakfast buffet next morning before a flight. Just 10 mins from LIS, parking out front was free after 7 pm til 9 am, so that was easy. Quiet, clean, comfy beds, friendly staff… and very reasonable prices. Rad Blue is a good go-to chain throughout Europe, can’t go wrong.
