The front desk was very helpful and responsive.

Very close to the city centre either on foot or by bus. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned daily upon prior requests. Room had a peeling wall paper. Bathroom had no working ventilation. Not a bad place to stay though.

Service was impeccable

Nice, clean and safe. A little far from the city center, but public transport accessible. Walking is a challenge, hilly terrain. Friendly and professional staff.

it is decent for the price of this hotel. I didn't like the stairs, very narrow with no hand rails. I slipped and got hurt. The elevator is very small only 2 people barely fit in there. There aren't many dining options or shops around this hotel. the bus is the only transportation nearby, you have to walk about 20min for the metro. Otherwise, be prepare to spend good cash on uber service or taxi.

Conveniently located. Cheap. Fairly clean enough. Some staff better than others. Overnight lady made us feel like we were a burden.

Stayed 9 days here, so had substantial experince of the hotel. Firstly, it must be noted that the hotel staff are exceptional. 10/10 for them. They are friendly, professional and help in every single way possible. I cannot thank them enough. They are the heartbeat of the hotel. Fact. Also, for more context, we had just flown infrom Porto and stayed at the Stay Hotel there. The Porto Hotel was well kept, recently renovated and looked fresh. This was the reason why we decided to book with Stay in Lisbon. However, this particular hotel was a disappointment. It is old and worn down. You can note it from the rooms. Carpet hasnt been deep cleaned in ages. Curtains are old, musty and dirty. There is no fridge or safe in rooms and only half a strange cupboard. There was also a constant strange smell throughout the hotel. I think it is a sewearge type smell. It doesnt go away. However, I cannot fault the cleaninf staff. They are excellent and always left the room clean. They are doing the best taking into account the worn down hotel. In summary, the price asked does not justify the hotel provided. Compared to our stay in the Porto branch, this was a big let down. We made it work, but I wouldn't recommend it for this price point. It is time to fix up the rooms and revamp the place. I want to add again, the staff are your superstars. The aged hotel and smell is keeping you back.

Air conditioner was not working and for two days they didn’t took care until we were not happy with the service. Never staying in this Hotel.

The price was good but the cleanliness and sanitation in the room was very poor and some off the staff were very unfriendly.

owners probably do not know anything about hotel business. We stayed in hotel 3 days, no cleaning, no change of towels, property is very inconvinient, soon be run down. The charge for the hotel was inadequate to the service.

The hotel receptionists are very nice. But anything else, no way. The first room was a nightmare, not possible to open the windows. We changed it, but the 2nd was not much better; was not possible to closed the balcony door. The carpet was dirty and it smelled really damp, black mold in the shower. In short, never ever again this hotel because the price was not small at all.

The staff was great Julio, Beatriz and Rita stand out in their helpfulness and kindness. The mattresses were comfortable BUT TOO HOT

Friendly helpful staff. Entire floor 3 was very musty smell, mold in shower, sink very slow to drain, and no switch for bedside lamp. Breakfast was nice and facilities for dining very nice.

The hotel is in a good location right on the bus stop and an easy walk to the metro. This made it very easy to get around Lisbon. The staff mostly was very pleasant and helpful. We had our favorites. Unfortunately , the hallway and our room had a very unpleasant smell. Did not go away even with open windows. There was a problem with the fire suppressant system as it malfunctioned and we were unable to open our window due to water running down outside. Had to put up with room smell. Would stay there again but would check on the smell issue before paying for room.

Breakfast is very poor

Full of hair on the carpet, otherwise overall was clean. The room is very small. More like hostel.
