A clean room with a large and confortable bed.

Good place for a short stay. Solo travel or for a couple just looking for a place to sleep. We only spent one night. Good stay, not in the most touristy or popular area of Lisbon but close enough to stuff. Thanks!

A great spot to stay to explore Lisbon. You are not right in a touristy area yet it’s not too far to walk “downhill” to the major sites and then bus 760 easily brings you back uphill stopping right outside the hotel! Staff were great, and helpful getting things fixed that weren’t working! Great value - I would definitely stay at “Stay” again!!!

Air conditioning was not working in my first room had to change room...after that all was good.

A couple staff members were nice. The hallway had a nasty smell. The carpet looked like there was mold growing . Staff did not vacuum the floors of the room. They did however do good with coming in and cleaning the bathroom of our room. The location was great, but overall cleanliness of the place was not great at all. It should be addressed.

Very central. The bus stops right across the street. The rooms are tight, the bed comfortable and clean. Our AC did not work.

Bed was AMAZING but the room need a better cleaning in some details because i found a fork below my bed.

The room had a very unpleasant smell

Room was comfotable. Smell a litlle muffy, but we did let the windows open for the air to pass thru. Bathroom could get soom maintenace there were moles on the wall. Besides that we had a very good stay, friendly personell.

It’s was an overall good experience

This hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Lisbon’s busiest tourist attractions, but there’s a 760 bus stop right at the door, and you can also easily take a taxi or Uber. The hotel offers 24-hour customer service, and the reception staff are very warm and friendly. They even provide some free fruits for guests, which is a nice touch. Although it’s officially a 2-star hotel, my experience was just as good as a 3-star stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to other travelers.

Lac of maintenance , smelly carpet, broken accessories at bathroom (toilet seat, toilet paper holder, inside shower shelf/support broken/missing) Shower head do not stay in place

Rooms are small.

When i ask about a member of staff about getting some food the reply was " we don't do proper food" very strange🤔
