Good amount of space. Nice kitchen area. Bathroom is good, though bathtub is small - though it did not create any issues for us. Friendly and easily accessible owner. We will recommend it.

Fantastic location - right on the main street for shopping, with easy access to the rest of the city. We loved that we had the entire apartment to ourselves and that there was an elevator (which was also really quick)! Parking was available for a small feel but I was happy to pay it to avoid getting a ticket or having the tires of the car clamped....plus the garage was really secure. All of the interactions with the folks who run the place were also really wonderful. Highly recommend!

It was ok. Room had a bit of smell initially. Soap dispenser not working. Street noise wakes you at 4-5 am as bins collected. This is annoying . No bottle water in the room on arrival. Outside looks a bit run down but on entering the apartment it was clean and tidy. Good WiFi and mattress was good. Felt safe. 15mins walk uphill from centre to apartment.

Apartment suited our needs. A good price. A good location. Condition of kitchen area was good but the bathroom was very bad. The bathroom door didn’t have a handle and was badly rotten at the bottom. The toilet didn’t flush at first but this was soon repaired by the owner.
Strange layout for the single room which had an opening backing onto the kitchen sink giving no privacy. Lamp had no light bulbs. This made our granddaughter uncomfortable.
Owner was helpful and tried to rectify things. Initial Cleaning was very good but no clean towels etc unless you ask.

I would not return. Place has potential but needs fixing. Our biggest concern was the bed which was too soft and sagging leading us to wake up with sore backs. We actually had to sleep separately and make use of the single bed to help us get through our 4 nights.

We travelled as a group of family and friends and booked three separate apartments. The apartments were spacious and had a double bed and a sofa bed. There was also a separate room with a single bed in each of them so we could actually have been accommodated in just two. We arrived late and the owner had waited for us. Although there were a few finishing issues eg wobbly wardrobe, tiny TV, missing lampshades etc it all did the job and was spotlessly clean. A small convenience store across the street and really close to metro station, restaurants, shopping centre and city centre.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Checking in was complicated. It was in a different location, about 30 meters away. I didn’t get the email because I was traveling when it was sent. Thankfully the cleaner found me. But that was the only problem. The apartment was huge, clean and in a good area. It was a lot better than I thought it would be.

Good trip and well located with a nearby local market and Transport services nearby. Appartment had all needed amenities except for toileteries.
Parking was economical....but an issue as the key was at reception, so if you need car to travel late at night, it's not possible. Rest we enjoyed the stay and the place was clean, well maintained

The property is ideally situated ten minutes walk j from where the old town porto is and is ten minutes walj from Trindade metro station. The street is nondescript and the view from the apartment wasn't nice but then we were not there te to look out of the window. All in all a well equipped apartment in a good location .

Walking distance to the centre of town and all the shopping area.
Need some refurbishment done in the bathroom and in the living room.
Extractor fan was not working and the whole bathroom ceiling was covered in mould and the bathroom door was also getting cheaped due to dampness.
Need to inform the guest from where to collect the key when they arrive at the property.

Good location, large well equipped kitchen. Some confusion with the check-in though because we had reserved the airport shuttle but the driver didn't work for the hotel so dropped us off and wanted cash which we didn't have and didn't know where we were to check-in... Apart from that, all fine.

Even though check in is not in the same building as the room, and we didn't come during normal check in hours, they communicated with me very promptly and clearly. They supplied us with a code to get into the building and the code to get the key. The room itself was in a very convenient location. Less than 10 minute walk to Trinidade metro. The room had a third bed for us, as we requested and comes with a full kitchen. I would definitely come here again.

We stayed in the studio on the 4th floor. The studio itself was OK, nothing fancy but clean and had everything we needed. The stuff were very nice and available close by until 8 pm. The location was OK, 20 min to the historical district. We could walk everywhere. One major problem there was no air conditioner in the studio. I did not think it would be a problem in October and it was only 24 degree but the sun was in the room for the first part of the day and made it very hot. We had fan and it did help a bit but still.. fortunately for us the temperature dropped in couple of days.
I would not recommend this studio for the summer months unless they install air conditioner.
It's fine otherwise.

The studio had good facilities- everything we needed, and the staff were kind enough to leave us some food for our arrival. It said it could sleep a maximum of 3 but there was a double bed, double sofa bed and single bed giving plenty of room. The shower was good, as were the kitchen facilities. The street it's on is very central and makes it easy to find your way back. Would highly recommend.
