Beachfront Studios

Me and my wife had an amazing stay at the beach studio. Everything was clean we were allowed early check-in and we had no issues. There’s a cute little black dog that lives outside. We gave him a bunch of cookies so you should too.

The unit was private and had off street parking also had an updated bathroom. What could be improved upon is to update the bedroom by rearranging ,the 32” tv was to far away from the bed and was in front of a window that made watching and hearing it difficult. It is in need of new pillows , the old ones in the unit were very flat and lumpy .The comforter should also be replaced.The hot water in the shower was only warm at best.There were no dish towel or dish cloth in the kitchen which would have been nice to have had. Instead of having 2 plastic out door chairs in the living space a couple of indoor comfortable chairs would be nice, or a least one.Also a better write up of the property would be better so you know what to expect , by this I mean the property sits in a back lot and does not face the water with a house and restaurant in front. There is no outdoor seating ,no grill and the unit faces a parking lot with dumpsters from the restaurant and an older camp ground .But ,as was written, it is just across the street from the beach. This area is a camping area with many older campers along the beach . But all in all we totally enjoyed all of Puerto Rico .From all the beautiful beaches to the amazing rainforest to visiting wonderful old San Juan from the east end to the west end and everything in between. We met many wonderful people and had some great food and piña colada‘s!And this unit was doable for being able to do all this.

I found the location to be excellent, and the kitchenette well-stocked with cooking utensils. The manager, Cristobal, was also very helpful to me when I was having lots of challenges accessing the internet. I very much appreciated his kindness and help finding places nearby.

Great place, stayed 21days, close to everything. People who managed the property were off the chain, we locked ourselves out & with heavy traffic they were there in about an hour, would definitely stay there agin!😎😎😎

The location and the studio was amazing. Very clean and cozy. I did not like the smell in the fridge or that the cleaner dumps the dirty water out in the beautiful bushes in front of the porch. There is lots of lint ect stuck in the pretty bushes now

Love how spacious and convenient the kitchen and living area were. Nice large bed and well designed closet with good lighting. Bathroom was beautiful and well organized. Amazing location across from the Seven Seas beach. Best of all, the excellent communication with Cristobal, the manager

Great location, walk to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our host, Cristobal Jimenez, was gracious and extremely responsive. I had trouble figuring out the remote for the AC unit and was there in five minutes! We would definitely stay there again!

It was a wonderful place to stay. We had everything we needed.

Generally clean. Not well supplied with towels for bath and kitchen. Sparse furniture and minimal options for lighting at different times of the day/evening. Great location for beach access. Good restaurant close by. But very noisy with loud music in neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Right across street from ocean quite good air conditioning,fans and good kitchen with all you need for basic cooking along with coffee pot and microwave Great price and would definitely stay again

Directions to the property was great. Close to the beach. Walking distance to many places to eat and to bars. Walking distance to a small grocery store. Rental beach equipment a block away. Would stay here again.

The property was in great condition and the property manager was very communicative. We had a great stay and would go back in the future.

The room was bigger than we expected and very cute. We wish there was a more comfortable area to sit and watch tv at night. Also an outside hose to rinse off would have been perfect. But the beach and restaurant right in front of the house was incredible. Would definitely recommend.
