Beachfront Studios

It was a wonderful stay. Great communication. Good AC. Perfect space for two people. Cooler and beach chairs were available making it super easy to walk over for a nice beach day and close enough to run back to use the bathroom. The one thing that could improve is having an outdoor shower so guests don’t drag in excess sand from the beach.

This place was awesome!! I go to PR several times a year and this is a very great place to stay. I will be back!

Great location…just across the street from the beach where we went kayaking and snorkeling, next to sea food restaurant which was pretty good, did the Cabezas de San Juan tour which was interesting and at walking distance…a whole lot of restaurants and places to go nearby..thats what we loved most. The studio was clean, and spacious enough for us two..very practical. Good kitchen and appliances. Great for early breakfast before hitting the beach/road. Very peaceful.

Our host was amazing, he allowed early check in, gave us fantastic recommendations and was super nice all around. We loved the location and we will definitely be back. The beach and surrounding areas are really nice. People are friendly. I recommend bringing your own ice and water, because they don't sell/provide any at the property, but other than that, it's amazing for a low key getaway. Thank you SO much!

It was beautiful and the ocean was close

We enjoyed the simple, clean environment. We had everything we needed and did some cooking in the mornings but also loved Costa Mia which was the restaurant right next door. The location was perfect for access to the beach. The only thing we had an issue with was running out of a few supplies like toilet paper and garbage bags. But easy to fix, just needed a little more stock at the beginning of our stay. They did bring us more as well. Overall, we loved it and would recommend it to others!

They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.

Nice place, clean and surprising big and conformable, i will definitely will stay here every time that i visit my family in PuertoRico.

Everything went really smooth and problem free. Great communication from the management. We communicated through WhatsApp and any of my questions were answered within minutes. Location is great: 1-2 minutes walk to Seven Seas beach and right next to Costa Mia restaurant with really good fish tacos Of course, close to El Yunque and trip to Icacos

We had a great stay at the studios. The communication was excellent! We were across from the beach and was even able to walk to a few trails. The only thing we would have liked is for the studio to have a coach and a table. There were only two plastic chairs to sit on so we had to sit in the bed to watch tv or just hang out. Other than that everything was great. We look forward to renting from them again!

Me and my wife had an amazing stay at the beach studio. Everything was clean we were allowed early check-in and we had no issues. There’s a cute little black dog that lives outside. We gave him a bunch of cookies so you should too.

The unit was private and had off street parking also had an updated bathroom. What could be improved upon is to update the bedroom by rearranging ,the 32” tv was to far away from the bed and was in front of a window that made watching and hearing it difficult. It is in need of new pillows , the old ones in the unit were very flat and lumpy .The comforter should also be replaced.The hot water in the shower was only warm at best.There were no dish towel or dish cloth in the kitchen which would have been nice to have had. Instead of having 2 plastic out door chairs in the living space a couple of indoor comfortable chairs would be nice, or a least one.Also a better write up of the property would be better so you know what to expect , by this I mean the property sits in a back lot and does not face the water with a house and restaurant in front. There is no outdoor seating ,no grill and the unit faces a parking lot with dumpsters from the restaurant and an older camp ground .But ,as was written, it is just across the street from the beach. This area is a camping area with many older campers along the beach . But all in all we totally enjoyed all of Puerto Rico .From all the beautiful beaches to the amazing rainforest to visiting wonderful old San Juan from the east end to the west end and everything in between. We met many wonderful people and had some great food and piña colada‘s!And this unit was doable for being able to do all this.

I found the location to be excellent, and the kitchenette well-stocked with cooking utensils. The manager, Cristobal, was also very helpful to me when I was having lots of challenges accessing the internet. I very much appreciated his kindness and help finding places nearby.

Great place, stayed 21days, close to everything. People who managed the property were off the chain, we locked ourselves out & with heavy traffic they were there in about an hour, would definitely stay there agin!😎😎😎

The location and the studio was amazing. Very clean and cozy. I did not like the smell in the fridge or that the cleaner dumps the dirty water out in the beautiful bushes in front of the porch. There is lots of lint ect stuck in the pretty bushes now
