Due to World Cup Qatar 2022, all traveler's who are not citizens of Qatar must obtain a Hayya Card to enter Qatar and World Cup stadiums. Please note that in order to obtain a Hayya Card, foreign traveler's must get their accommodation booking validated by the accommodation owner. To do so, after booking, traveler's must provide personal details, dates of travel, game ticket application number (if any), and any other information that may be required. If the booking is not validated, the accommodation owner may cancel the booking without a refund.

Couples who are citizens or residents of Qatar are required to present proof of marriage at check-in when sharing a room. This property caters to families and couples. Per property policy, Qatari women under 30 years of age must be accompanied by an adult female over 30 years of age or a male relative or husband (identification and proof of marriage required). Qatari men must be at least 18 years of age to stay alone in a guestroom. Room layout and furnishings may differ from the photos shown. Guests are required to present their QR health code via the EHTERAZ app at check-in. This property is accessible via 25-minute ferry ride from Shyoukh Port to Banana Island. The ferry operates from 1-7 PM daily. Guests are limited to 1 piece of luggage and 1 carry-on bag per person. Guests staying 3 nights or more are limited to 2 pieces of luggage per person.
