The Hotel was in a very convenient location near shopping Malls, many restaurants and the Joan metro station was only a 10 minute walk. The room was nice and spacious with good views and facilities , staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for someone like me who likes to sleep early there was loud music playing till late every night. Apart from that i enjoyed my stay.

Good service front desk offer breakfast discounted and upgraded room, optional but took it up. Very comfortable room needs more English language TV channels however and music. Located near shops and mall. Well situated.

The hotel is walking distance from a mall and plenty of dining options nearby! The staff is super friendly and the hotel amenities very nice

Due to World Cup Qatar 2022, all traveler's who are not citizens of Qatar must obtain a Hayya Card to enter Qatar and World Cup stadiums. There was no heating in the room. In the night when outside temperature dropped to 11, the room temperature dropped to 16 degrees and I was unable to sleep for almost the entire night.
I requested hotel to fix the problem but they weren’t able to fix it

This was my second option after I left the previous hotel. I was able to sleep comfortably in the bed- the beddings matched and smelled clean.
The bathroom needs better draining system as the water spills out which is inconvenient.

Except for one thing, everything else was great. The way the shower is engineered asked the water to food the bathroom for while showering. Building engineers can do better than that. It is not that hard to contain the water inside the shower.

As a Diamond Hilton member, I felt so comfortable and a sense of joy staying here. Despite booking off of expedia, I recieved all of my membership benefits thanks to 2 very nice ladies at the front desk. A big shoutout to Pringi and Hazel who truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely stay. These 2 ladies were truly impeccable and words cannot describe how kind they were which immensely improved my stay, making it far greater than perfect. Every Hilton needs employees like them. This hotel was so brilliant and super clean. Definitely looking forward to staying in this hotel again and would recommend to anyone staying in Doha whether for a layover or full vacation. Again a big thanks to Pringi and Hazel for making my stay truly special!

Excellent value for money, located very near to the metro underground transportation system which allows you to get to most of the ciity for shopping and eating within 30 minutes. Nice little restaruant.
The Spa was great, excellent deep tissue massage but wish there was a sauna.

Rooms are good size. Beds were comfy although pillows were a bit awkward in size. Too big for 2 but not quite big enough for 1. Shower was only luke warm, didn’t have time to deal with that as I was leaving 2 hours later. Breakfast was very tasty I thought with plenty of choice. Staff overall were very friendly both at reception and restaurant.
