Due to World Cup Qatar 2022, all traveler's who are not citizens of Qatar must obtain a Hayya Card to enter Qatar and World Cup stadiums. Please note that in order to obtain a Hayya Card, foreign traveler's must get their accommodation booking validated by the accommodation owner. To do so, after booking, traveler's must provide personal details, dates of travel, game ticket application number (if any), and any other information that may be required. If the booking is not validated, the accommodation owner may cancel the booking without a refund.

• Fee for English breakfast: approximately QAR 35 to 60 for adults, and QAR 15 to 25 for children
• Late check-out fee: QAR 55
• Crib (infant bed) fee: QAR 50.0 per day
• Towels fee: QAR 20 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)

The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
