Absolutely Amazing Stay at Pullman West Bay, Doha I recently stayed at the Pullman West Bay Hotel in Doha, and my experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were outstanding - super helpful, polite, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Jacob who was there when I first arrived. He went above and beyond to help me cancel my breakfast add-on with no hassle at all. He also was very helpful in providing me directions. Every staff member I encountered, from reception to housekeeping, was professional, respectful, and full of good energy. The hotel itself is in a beautiful and very convenient location. There’s a mall and plenty of shops nearby, plus fast delivery services. The metro station is right around the corner, which made getting around Doha really easy. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the housekeeping team took such great care of it - even when I hadn’t asked, they made sure everything was neat and tidy. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The vibe, the service, the location -everything was perfect. If I ever return to Doha, I’ll definitely be staying at the Pullman West Bay again. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else!

Our first time to Doha, so we wanted to be centrally located. Being a couple of minutes walk to the metro as well as two malls meant we had everything needed for our base for the week. The staff were super helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in and Bikram brought our bags to the impressive and spacious room. We look forward to returning to such a wonderful country soon.
