Pullman Doha West Bay

The room was big and very nice. Location is great, we got sea view. The whole staff was very courteous. Husseini at reception upgraded our room and the room was superb. Bathrooms were very big and had shower and tub. Water was supplied complimentary in abundance. I will highly recommend this hotel and will l9ve to stay in it again.

Poor service ! no acknowledgement of issues that was raised multiple times gave me a accessibility room that had no bath tub and a fridge that was broken and made my items go bad !!

Stayed for 6 nights. We had issues with our first room but were later upgraded. We were visiting for a special occasion, so it would have been nice for the hotel to acknowledge it. Staff and management were friendly and genuinely tried to make our stay pleasant. The biggest disappointment was the vegetarian breakfast — bland and limited compared with other hotels. The chef did make me an aloo parantha, which was great, but otherwise the options were dull. The location is excellent for getting around and the reception team was helpful throughout our stay.

Tolles Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Doha, die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet und auch sonst hat das Hotel viel zu bieten: Pool, Restaurants. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Corniche Promenade ist fußläufig in etwa 10 Min zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel.

Zeer mooie en goed uitgeruste kamer. Erg proper. Ontbijt kan beter. Weinig vers fruit, geen confituur, koffiemachine vaak defect. Inkomhall niet echt 5 sterren allure. Hotel is een aanrader prijs kwaliteit maar eerder een goede 4 sterren en geen 5 , zeker als je vergelijkt met de andere hotels met 5 sterren in Qatar.

Excellent location, has an office for Doha Bus tour and Sittie who sold me the ticket was so helpful.

Absolutely Amazing Stay at Pullman West Bay, Doha I recently stayed at the Pullman West Bay Hotel in Doha, and my experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were outstanding - super helpful, polite, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Jacob who was there when I first arrived. He went above and beyond to help me cancel my breakfast add-on with no hassle at all. He also was very helpful in providing me directions. Every staff member I encountered, from reception to housekeeping, was professional, respectful, and full of good energy. The hotel itself is in a beautiful and very convenient location. There’s a mall and plenty of shops nearby, plus fast delivery services. The metro station is right around the corner, which made getting around Doha really easy. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the housekeeping team took such great care of it - even when I hadn’t asked, they made sure everything was neat and tidy. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The vibe, the service, the location -everything was perfect. If I ever return to Doha, I’ll definitely be staying at the Pullman West Bay again. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else!

Our first time to Doha, so we wanted to be centrally located. Being a couple of minutes walk to the metro as well as two malls meant we had everything needed for our base for the week. The staff were super helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in and Bikram brought our bags to the impressive and spacious room. We look forward to returning to such a wonderful country soon.
