Stayed over Xmas and it was lovely. Breakfast buffet was amazing and full of variations. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Room was massive, was more like a suite than a double bedroom. Would stay again if went back to Prague.

Lovely quiet hotel but everything in walkable distance.
Lovely warm spacious room with all things necessary for a 5 day stay.
Lovely place to have breakfast under the roof with exposed ancient timbers. The breakfast was amazing with a fantastic choice.

Dishonest hotel. I booked the Grand Apartment about 4 months in advance. When we arrived they said 'something happened' and they couldnt give me the room. They gave me instead a jr suite and the room next door. While the size was similar, it was not what i wanted nor what i reserved. What happened is they gave the apartment i reserved to another family. I still do not know why they did not tell me in advance so I could have booked an apartment in a different hotel.
Extremely disappointed with the hotel and with Expedia who did nothing to help.

One of the amazing hotel I have been stay! Staff, especially Pavel, Helena, Roman are a wonderful people, they treat you like a family! We were leaving at 2:30 am to airport, they arranged a taxi for us and also gave us a package with treats and water, what a wonderful customer service, I can’t say enough about these people! The hotel itself is amazing, big rooms, huge bathroom, comfortable beds, mini bar in the room. Breakfast is free and absolutely delicious, huge variety of hot and cold dishes; fruits and amazing baking goods, they even offer a tiramisu one day:) I will definitely be back, because now I have a home away from home, appreciate you guys, Pavel, Helena, Roman you are the Best

Lovely, off the beaten path boutique hotel. Very clean with nice touches like heated towel racks and robes. Extensive breakfast buffet in a beautiful space. About a half mile walk to Charles bridge to cross into Old Town.

This is a very nice boutique hotel. Neighborhood has similar smaller hotels and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet. The amenities are a bit spartan. As an example, difficult to get ice (not uncommon in Prague), no room service, simple toiletries. The ambience is historic Prague and a pleasant change from big hotel chain properties.

Excellent location not too far from Prague Castle. Property is close to several embassies making the area very safe (there are armed guards everywhere!). several restaurants nearby. Our room was lovely and had a walkout patio with table and chairs. The breakfast room was very charming with the original ceiling wooden beams. We really enjoyed our stay.
