The breakfast is very good, lots of choices! Also they provide brunch from 11 to 4 pm, mainly a soup, bread, coffee or water. The A/C works well!!!!! This hotel is about 3 blocks from the Muzeum train station which is the intersection of line A and B. About 20 mins walk to the astrological clock or 2 train stations from the city center. When it gets dark, there aren't too many people walking in the surrounding areas. Restaurants close by. The Asian guy and women staff were very helpful! Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location . 15 minutes walk to old town and all its famous sights . The free Breakfast was absolutely amazing . They put out a really good spread of different meats , cheeses, breads , fruits , vegetables, coffees and juice . It’s a great way to save some money starting your day in the city . The rooms were just ok . Carpets were worn and outdated but it was clean and the bedding was nice . There refrigerator didn’t work well and the hotel has No ice machines . So if you’re looking forward to going back to your room for a night and chilling a bottle of wine ……..not gonna happen . It’s warm drinks only . The rooms weren’t made up very well when we came back from our day . Sometimes no toilet paper or no clean glasses . For the money though it’s a solid hotel in a safe neighborhood with good breakfast . If you want cold beverages at night though ……not gonna happen

Very clean, walkable from Prague main station. 20+ if you want to walk to town square but there are close trams, subway options. Friendly staff and as always mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast is great.

Convenient location, 10 min walk to railway station and easy walk to old city. Great staff, always available. Good breakfast with hot options, salads and pastries. Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay, the property was well maintained and our room was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was very good and the very helpful staff even arranged meal boxes as we had an early flight on our last day. It is located within walking distance of the museum and train station but quite far from the Charles Bridge and the castle.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of old town. Staff were helpful and breakfast was nice.

Good location. About a 15- or 20-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock. There are few different mini marts in close proximity. I opted to have two of my dinners at the little joint up the street, Wok to Walk. The kebab and Vietnamese food were good and affordable. Having breakfast included at the hotel is incredibly convenient. I also didn't realize a light brunch was included too. This helped on the day of our arrival. Despite being in the city, the room felt quiet. The internet was rather slow, but with patience, I was able to catch up on email, etc. in my room using my laptop. The fan helped, but at times it did feel stuffy in our room. We opened the window a bit for fresh air. The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. I observed how they did their best to meet everyone's needs as I waited to check in. I felt safe and comfortable at this hotel, and that's what matters most to me.

Breakfast was ok but everything else is great

A great price. Room size was fine. We had a room on the street and it was noisy and very warm. We couldn’t get the air conditioner to make a difference. Talked to others who said their rooms were very quiet. Great breakfast and they offer soup, breads and sandwiches from 12p-4p which is also included in the price. The staff was pleasant and very efficient.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin? Archibald City Hotel is a quaint little unassuming hotel, but it has incredibly amazing qualities! First of all, it is EXTREMELY clean! From the lobby, to the room, to the bathroom to the eating area! The staff is incredible! So helpful and kind with many smiles!! The food is FABULOUS! We stayed at the “World renowned” Grand Hotel Pupp 2 days ago and we were more impressed by breakfast here as well as the cleanliness and upkeep vs. Hotel Pupp!! Incredible, but true. The hotel is centrally located with Old Town, Train Station, restaurants, stores, museums-anything you need-all within walking distance! You will NOT be disappointed by this remarkable little hidden gem!!!!

We, my wife and myself, recommend the Archibald City Hotel in Prague. It is central for getting around and handy for tram stops etc, Comfort of stay and eating facilities excelled. Our double room was very comfortable and in new condition. It contained all that would be expected in a top hotel.

Ideal location, within 15 minute walk of all the central areas. Decent breakfast, clean and warm rooms with goof facilities.

Good transport links to explore the city. Room was adequate but not much selection for breakfast and the hotel was a bit outdated.

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was really great!
