The property is truly amazing and the location is perfect. The rooms are a bit warm for sleeping and opening the windows helps but the area is busy with noise.
This is all understandable based on the age of the property, you lose some modern convenience for a historical experience..

I was welcomed with a smile and lots of kindness even though my flight was seriously delayed. Shown to my room and made sure I had evening I needed. Had great recs and when I saw her out and about later she was sure to say hi and introduce me to her friends. I needed to leave some things behind to lessen my pack weight and they took them and assured me they'd be donated.
The location was GREAT and as a solo female traveler, I never felt unsafe coming and going, even really late at night.

Quiet apartment even though in main area is just outside. Right in the centre of old town .Lovely staff.Would recommend.

This is a wonderful little boutique hotel with lovely staff. Super convenient to get to the center of town. We enjoyed walking everywhere. The first floor where our room was is above a couple metal doors that slam all night, and a restaurant therefore we did not get a good sleep. Thankfully the city tends to get a late start in the morning so we were able to sleep in a bit to make up for the noise.

The layout of the room was perfect for our family of five, and the location is hard to beat. Staff was awesome. The only reason I have to knock the rating down a bit was because we didn't have heat or hot water our first night (New Year's Eve). Given the really high cost of the first night it's hard to stomach the fact that we couldn't run a better and couldn't shower for the first 24 hours we had the room. Again, staff was friendly but it took a while to get fixed and is a bit unacceptable when the night cost over $800 for New Years Eve.

Traditional Property in Old town central location - The rooms are Vaulted with traditional lighting so if you're after an authentic "Prague" stay then this is probably a good choice - I found the rooms dimmly lit - due to the traditional lighting - also the room I had had very low doors which my head didn't agree with and are a little rough around the edges - probably say 3 star rather than 4 - but good value for money in the old town - don't pick if after a well lit "normal hotel room"

Everything was very good except for the mold & mold smell throughout the room. Probably unavoidable for a ground floor in such an old property but still pretty annoing. Higher-up rooms most likely donot have that issue.

All I can say is you would not be disappointed if you stayed here. We stayed for 4 nights with my Daughter and felt totally at home. The location couldn't be better if you placed it personally, but yet still quiet enough to feel like you are set back away from things. 2 floor accommodation, great reception on arriving. Prague is great and I will definitely be back and if available I would be staying here once again. Thank you

Its an excellent property. Very close to all major sightseeing locations. Minutes from Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The only thing we would have liked better would be a standing shower in the bathroom. Extremely difficult to take a shower in the tub sitting down.
