What a quaint, perfectly located hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so charming! The room was perfectly sized. The bathroom was awesome. The mini fridge, although unused, was a great addition. The coffee machine was great. The reception desk next store was so welcoming! The safety features of the hotel were great. We appreciated the offer for hotel transport and the driver from the train station was great. We were dissapointed that the driver to to take us to the airport at 345 am did not show, but i also didn't confirm prior and was able to easily find a driver through BOLT. Be prepared to carry up your luggage to the top floor! It was fine, we didn't mind considering the awesome location and great hotel!!! We would definately recommend this hotel!!

The Black Star Suites is right off of a busy street and just a few minutes walk to Charles Bridge. It is convenient to walk to sights, or take transit or a taxi. My family of four stayed in a two-room suite and it was very spacious and clean. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

Great location: 3 minute walk to Charles Bridge and 5 minute walk to the main Christmas Market. Accommodations were good and plenty of space. One downside is there is no elevator, so you don’t want to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Staff was excellent and very responsive.

Fantastic location. The suite was roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Front desk people, especially Alice, were top notch.

Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful, amazing location. Please note, check-in is at the hotel next door ( I believe it’s called Hotel Contessa). Also, the Black Star Restaurant has very good food at a reasonable price. Especially the spaghetti, pork lion, salad special.

We stayed in a Junior Suite at Black Star Suites and absolutely loved it. The medieval décor perfectly matches the atmosphere of Prague. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a fully stocked fridge offering wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks, which was a very convenient addition. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all major sightseeing attractions, and very close to shops, trams, and the underground. Housekeeping visited daily, providing fresh towels, replenishing coffee and tea supplies, and making the beds. The reception team, especially Romana and Alice, were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. I would happily recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Staff and location were wonderful.

This is the perfect place to stay. Wonderful staff, spacious rooms in a historic building. Such a perfect vibe. The hotel is around the corner from the main drag so you can walk everywhere but it is quiet at night. Highly recommend!

It was a splendid visit and stay at the hotel. We slept 3 nights. Bed was good, the room have big table and 2 big armchairs, well ventilated, good natural ilumination. Each day have a very clean room. Resume: everything was Ok. And the attendance of the receptionist Jitka... the best. We recommed this beatifull hotel.

Good location

Excellent location, in center of Old Town. Italian restaurant downstairs. Bars, shops and places to eat right outside. Beautiful and well decorated old building and apartment, which has a private entrance. Room windows open to the streets, which makes it fun to have a coffee and watch people pass by. Clean area and apartment. Very comfortable beds. Amazing helpful and friendly staff. We will come back again. Maybe with bigger group, since there are plenty of apartments in the building.

It was so nice stay, but there were conditions of being unsatisfied. It's incovenience to carry baggages to the room cause there is no elevator . And lighting in the room were dim, then I wish we could get welcome drinks and table for baggage packing. Staff are so kindly, and very beautiful historical building.

Wonderful boutique rooms just steps away from St. Charles bridge. Small and lovely. We will return again.

Çok tatlı bir oteldi. 3 gece konakladık . Çocuk için olan yatak rahat değildi ve gıcırdıyordu sadece . Birinci katta Şirin bir odaydı ama havasızdı boşluğa baktığı için. Odada hava temizleme cihazı vardı o iş görüyordu. Pencere arada bir bölüme bakıyordu üst katlar belki daha havadar olabilir. Yerler çok tozluydu yalnız bayadır süpürülmemiş gibiydi. Terlik şampuan saç kurutma makinası herşey vardı. Çok merkezi bir yerde olduğu için yoruldukça dinlenmek için gelme fırsatımız oldu. Konumu harika yani Hergün havlular değiştirildi. Kahvaltısı da müthişti.Tekrar gelsem kalırmıyım evet konumdan dolayı kalırım.
