The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. It is not very new, but for a short trip it is certainly ok. I have been there before and would come back again for sure. Good value for the money

Best value hotel. Located in the center of the city.

Nice central hotel. Much better than I was expecting. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Breakfast was excellent - the best choice I've had in Romania. I also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and although the menu isn't huge, there's plenty of choice, the food is very well presented and the price was surprisingly good - Much cheaper than a similar restaurant I went to near the cathedral. All in all I'd happily stay there again.

I booked this hotel for it's location. I had a pleasant experience from the check-in to check-out, very clean, nice decorated, quality sleep, bathroom well equipped.

Easy check in. Hotel charges 15 lei to park in their lot. There is a large public parking lot just next to the hotel (free evenings and Sunday). Hotel centrally located to old downtown. Easy walking to main tourist sites.

The hotel is conveniently located at one end of the city center boulevard. It is easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. The room was fine. It was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioner in our room was not up to the task, though. It ran continuously for 5 days and never got to the set temperature on the thermostat. It was just enough to take the edge of the heat. Luckily it wasn't really hot weather while we were there. The breakfast was good with a broad selection of foods. My main complaint with the hotel was the front desk staff. They were not friendly and did not go out of the way to be helpful. In fact, they bordered on rude. Also, we arrived prior to check in and they we requested that they hold our luggage until we could check in. They said this wasn't a problem, but when they took the luggage they put it in a room across from the front desk and did not lock the door. Given that we waited several minutes for the front desk clerk to show up it was clear that our luggage was not going to be secured. There would be plenty of opportunities for someone to steal our stuff. I ended up taking the luggage back and keeping it with me until I could check in.

The renovations have definitely done this place some good. The room was clean and had a nice overall look. The bed was pretty terrible however. Staff were friendly enough though not particularly helpful. I would say this hotel is a decent stay for the price, but a far stretch from a western standard of 4-stars.

I like everything - The property and The surroundings. The room was spotless, with everything you May want. Decorations în The room were nice.

Location is excellent, WiFi worked well. Staff in the bar started out unfriendly, but warmed up after a bit.
