Property was clean upon arrival. Room service was not the greatest. The cleaners would not move a muscle till you ask them to grab garbage from the bathroom or the room. Requested for a fresh set of sheets after 3 days. They did not had a floor mop or wiper to clean the bathroom floor nor a vacuum cleaner for the room. The shuttle service to/from the Haram was great and very helfpul. Front desk provided the timings during check-in. Drop off and pick up zones are different, i suggest talk to the drivers for pickup from haram, they usually park by the same gate or near it. Front desk was helpful if/when needed.
