Close to some of the best restaurants one could find in Glasgow - Margo - go there! As a package the kitchen, bed, shower, work area - Adagio was the best. Second time we have stayed there and it was a good choice. Near the train station (and a Tim Horton’s), it was an easy walk. We commuted to the Edinburgh Fringe and Deaf Festivals - a breezy trip each day! While I was sad I couldn’t add a day, the popularity of this place must be solid. Thanks!!

Really liked its central position - we had a glorious view of the Clyde (we booked very early so I'm sure that helped). Also having a kitchen with decent-sized fridge, toaster, kettle and induction hob. Only thing we lacked were a few utensils - a cheese grater and a colander would have been a nice addition but we happily made do. Would definitely book again.

Close to everything. Very walkable. Kitchenette was very handy as it allowed us to prepare our own breakfast every day. Beds were not very comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful except for the chubby gentleman with the earing (sorry, I didn't get his name). He never cracked a smile and was quite miserable & dismissive whenever we spoke.

Our stay at Aparthotel was average. The staff was kind and the rooms were clean, but the air conditioning did not work properly and we were very hot each night. We do not expect every day housekeeping, but we were slightly annoyed that we had to ask for extra towels, and even toilet paper and garbage bags. The beds were also firm and the sheets felt a bit worn. We also were disappointed that our view overlooked the dumpsters. We would probably choose another hotel the next time we are in Glasgow.

While the property is well situated, modern and inviting, the a/c automatically turns off after a short while causing the room to get uncomfortably hot. The mattress is beyond terrible and so are the pillows. Wish they invested in better beds. I barely slept while there, felt like I lied on a wood board.

My room here was impeccable. The faucets and bathroom were shining. The lobby dining room as well. Seriously hard-working cleaning staff. The bathroom sink was a bit clogged when we arrived but not enough to really bother us. The shower was lovely. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the linens, towels and bed were comfortable. I was surprised that I was only given 2 coffee pods for my 5-night stay. I didn't ask for more but it would have been nice to have at least one for each morning. Also, I found the front desk staff to be a bit underwhelming. They were friendly and efficient but just didn't go that "extra mile" to make you feel welcome. In fact my daughter and I had stored our luggage for the day and we had to literally climb over other suitcases to get to it when we checked in. Not exactly a stellar intro. But the room was very spacious for two people and very, very clean. We especially appreciated the proximity to the St Enoch shopping centre where there was a Tesco express and a Boots. Central Station was only a few blocks away for our train journeys but we ended up using the Queen St. station more, actually. It was about a 10-minute walk. I would stay here again for its proximity to shops and sights and for the cleanliness which surpassed my expectations...and that's tough ;)

The room was nice and big. The bed was comfortable. We were given dishwasher capsules unlike the adagio in Edinburgh. However, this time we were given no capsules for the Nespresso machine. The TV would turn off every hour on the hour by itself. Something I’ve never seen in my life having stayed at hundreds of hotels. A similar thing happens with the air conditioner but it would shut off every 20 minutes or so. Something so ridiculous. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was great. Again, no cleaning of any kind unless you spend 8 days there. We spent 6 days so bins were overflowing, no fresh sheets or towels, not even once. Staff were okay, not the friendliest or welcoming.

Good location and facilities. Friendly staff. The hotel was fully booked when we stayed there, so there was no option to ask for a different room if there was a problem - this was really our only concern. They do not provide quite enough coffee pods for the room’s coffee maker - they ask you to purchase them (a pack of 10 for 7 pounds). The location in downtown Glasgow is otherwise excellent - a few minutes’ walk to the train station and less than a mile to the bus station. Lots of food options around, including a well-stocked grocery store.
