Could not get in. Slept in the airport

Staff were nice, helpful and courteous Room very clean, not sure on the value for money as very basic compared to other similar budget hotels hence 4 stars

Very helpful staff. Clean room and central location.

The smallest hotel room I ever saw in my life. Literally a bed with maybe 1m sq of room, and a tiny aeroplane style bathroom. No furniture or storage area. But on the plus side it was cheap and very near to city centre. The room was also clean.

Air conditioning unit rattled every time it was turned on. Can't be helped but fire alarm went off at 2am. Windows in the room so big that the room was constantly cold.

Spotless only thing is I would like a kettle and not to pay &2.50 for premixed tea

Staff on reception were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is clean. The room itself was very very small, having booked a twin room for two adults, there really was insufficient space to move and less than one foot between the beds and walls. The beds were comfy although there was one thin pillow provided. The toilet/shower combo was also odd with there being little to no room and it almosr felt like youwere standing in the shower whilst using the facilities. The room itself was clean and tidy but there was no real ventilation, ie the window couldnt be opened to let some air in. Yhe noise coming from other rooms could clearly be heard, especially when other rooms were showering - it sounded as if someone was using our showe it was that loud. With checkout being at 10am I'm not sure why we had cleaning staff repeatedly knocking on our door at 9.30am when we still had 30 mins left - it made us feel rushed and unwelcome. I know people will say "you get what you pay for" but having paid just short of £60 for one night i think its far from value for money.

More space in the room there was also no food in the hotel so you had to go out to get food

The room was clean, the staff was courteous, despite not being right in the city centre the location was good, only a 10 min walk from Glasgow central central

Our reception on arrival was easy and very friendly. The hotel was basic as expected and very clean. Did not have a single problem. Checkout again very easy and friendly.

Expensive for parking but everything else was fine.

The room is too small. I will never stay in an EasyHotel again. They follow the new build model of hotels, maximize space to make the most amount of rooms possible. This room is too small and the bathroom is comically too small. I could not open up my suitcase inside my room unless it was on my bed which I really did not want to do because my suitcase was gross from traveling. They do not clean your rooms daily and your bathroom is always wet. The hotel front desk staff was very professional, nice, and helpful. This hotel is not even near a lot of public transport from the train station. I would go out at night and get drinks at the hotel next door and honestly wish I just stayed there.

Stripped back experience. One of the more expensive hotels of the week even so. External parking paid separately, room is tiny but ok, bathroom also tiny. It suited the purpose, safe, warm and dry. Friendly staff.
