Excellent spot over to the airport or gig. The hotel was so quiet and not a single plane heard. Fab facilities in lobby area with lots to do to pass time or enjoy with friends.
Only fault I would say was not enough sockets for standard plug in the room. Otherwise, would recommend

Such a lovely vibe the second you walk through the door. I was given a complimentary cocktail at check in (option of with or without alcohol) and directed to where my room was. The room itself was beautiful. It had a separate living room area with a pull out bed for the kids. The room was spacious and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast selection was not huge but still delicious and catered to dietary needs.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay with children (or without).

Only check in took ages for guy checking me in to spell my name, eventually he got it then couldn’t find my booking, when I finally checked in he handed me my card and said nothing , no room number ,no where lift and stairs were , no enjoy your stay, just handed me my card.

I liked the car park had plenty spaces, easy quick check-in and room was decent.
The amount of towels given was good but 2 measly pillows on the bed - not So good, forgot to ask for more at reception! The bed was comfy
What doesn't look good when checking in is too many staff chatting together in the background with nothing to do - if a customer has come in..just make yourselves look busy until they get in the lift then you can chat

We returned to our room late and the heating was stuck on 26 degC, required staff to switch system off. Complimentary water was offered.
We unfortunately witnessed reception staff on check out being extremely rude to a guest trying to check in demanding he stood aside and to come back at 3pm, he only wanted to leave his bag in a secure location
