The staffs are very friendly and the location is an inch away from the middle of the main Orchard attractions, cafes, and shops. It has a sky bridge to Paragon shopping mall. Definitely a very recommended hotel to stay in Singapore.

A very strategic hotel, complete facilities, close to everywhere, especially to Orchard, just a 5 minute walk at the Orcahd Road location. One day definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The hotel was nice and beautiful. But was greeted with a insect on my bed when I check in. When approach staff. Instead of changing room, they sending someone up to clean. Was kind of shock with the service recovery. A high end hotel with a insect.

The room really clean and up to my standard. Love the environment and atmosphere. Even the staff are helpful even they go beyond their duties. Well recommendedfor all type of people business, personal or family staycatiion if planning located near orchard area.

The floor were dirty and wasn't carpeted. TV was small and remote was spoil. The room has a sound bar which was unique. The toilet was very clean, perfect flow of water. Water was hot enough and it doesn't spray around that wet the whole area. But the toilet windows were translucent so might be quite uncomfortable.

Beautiful room, good facilities (swimming pool and gym open to fully vaccinated guests), great service (especially concierge and check in). We enjoyed having the bathrobes to wear during our stay. The bathtub was spacious. Very enjoyable experience!
