I stayed in Royal park hotel which had a nice and spacious rooms compared to Genting Hotel. This hotel is expensive compared to other hotels in area.

Genting Hotel is at prime location but I must admit that room size is very small. You can’t even walk properly in superior room. Cost is bit high compared to other hotels in same area.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Nice gym. Friendly & well trained staff.
Great customer service. I was greeted warmly by a very professional front desk employee by the name of Didi. It is my first time in Singapore and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Also, my birthday was the same day of check out and she made sure that I didn’t leave the hotel without a proper birthday gift. Greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing however it could be better. They have no restaurant to obtain food or coffee during anytime of the day. They do provide a paid breakfast till a certain time. That was it. They do have sky lounge which open at 6pm to 10pm. Please kindly think about people who come in at 5am in the morning and require a quick bite or coffee instead of using a vending machine

A little obscure but within 10minute walking distance to nearest mall and train station. Bus station is right outside the hotel. Otherwise decent la...better than some "five star" Bangkok hotels

The hotel is fantastic. It met our needs. We had a fantastic stay. Limited dining options are not an issue as there are numerous eating places around the hotel.
The only slight downside is that the pool area was a bit too deep for a young pre-schooler still learning to swim. It was also a bit on the cold side and the lack of showering facilities at the pool area meant that people had to return to their rooms to clean up.

The room at 18sqm is really small for the price paid for. Also the room is noisy as we can hear outside people talking & sound of hair dryer from the next door.
Stayed this hotel for 10 days just for convenient of travelling to my work place, otherwise I will not even consider. Lastly I must comment that most hotel staff are friendly. Thank you.

The staffs were friendly & helpful, especially the one who serve me named Pop. The hotel itself has not much facility except the swimming pool. But its convenience to train station & malls, just a few mins walk.

Good solo stay, bed bedding electrical electronics bathroom all ok. Middle midrange hotel - neither too cheap nor pricey. Quiet. About 10 minutes walk from the public transport terminal. Efficient check in. Very very limited food options but it’s about 10 minutes walk from two shopping malls that have plenty of food options. I advise you bring your own snacks if you want breakfast in your room.
