I love staying here, the staffs are so friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and soundproofing. It is also close to MRT and one of the biggest Factory Outlet

the hotel is clean, the facilities are complete, checkin is also fast, free instant noodles 2pc and canned drinks 4pc every day, the people are also friendly, near mrt & bus station, near point jurong mall, there is a free bus to sentosa. thank you^^

At the reception, the staff allowed two people to cut my queue. One of them just barged in front of me when it was my turn. Another women just cut from the corner of the reception. It doesn't feel good. Also I asked for a non smoking room due to health allergy. Everyday I could smell smoke coming from the corridor. Look at the photos to see why I am smelling cigarette on a daily basis. I can easily count about 30 cigarette butts daily. I developed respiratory problems and had to be on medication. Disappointed that the hotel doesn't take allergy seriously.

The rooms are pretty clean, the room cleaners are friendly people & what's fun is that there is a shuttle bus to Sentosa.

Kamar bersih, lokasi dekat MRT, mall, sekeliling banyak restaurant sangat convenient.

The house keeping doest work well. Not provide water and bathroom mat in 2nd day.

I'm an Indonesian traveler staying at this hotel because I met a Singaporean friend who brought a car without free parking and amazingly, the parking fee for one entry is 25 dollars sgp and my friend for 5 times gets 225 dollars more than the hotel rate. No longer, room service is also slow to clean up, especially when the receptionist is very slow.

The room is not big as per my expectation but the room is clean and comfortable to stay. The service and staff is great.

Although it is quite far from the city but the hotel is comfortable, clean and friendly, the transportation is just across the bus and MRT station where you can go everywhere. There are free ones for Sentosa Island, they are free shuttles.tiss.tiss origin as scheduled. I have 4 adults, choose 1 room with 2 queen beds, still okay, the rooms are spacious and pretty, so you can save money.

- No bellboy, unfriendly receptionist, not suitable for kids, too far from mrt station, actually from everywhere + free shuttle to Sentosa, clean room, free flow water and ice.

The food is less varied and the taste is also not good for Indonesian tongue. The room is quite small and narrow, there is no complementary bottled water provided in the room. Although the hotel is quite large, in my opinion this hotel is still equivalent to 3 or 3.5 stars.

Lack of room boy to take luggage.

Clean hotel. Check services are fast and friendly. Look for food and shopping near the mall. I am a very comfortable family. Especially close to the ice rink.
