This trip to KL was truly awesome... From the hotel accommodation at the Grand Suites at Berjaya Times Square, the host who attended us, he's so efficient, accommodating, and very friendly... location is great..nearby to everything. the receptionist was friendly. the only thing that disapoint me was when i was at the cafe try to claim my free meal, the lady at the kitchen look annoyed and reluctant to serve me. and she said "banyak order sekarang"...so i just left. Yes i know it was late afternoon, but the reception said i can claim anytime. some miscommunication i guess between the cafe and the front desk.

A hotel with a fairly affordable price and a very strategic location because it is close to the city center and near the bus stop, but a bit far from the MRT. The room is indeed small, but according to the price. The key still uses a traditional key (not a card) and the elevator is also free access. But generally comfortable.

The hotel is strategically close to places to eat. The room was a bit cramped, the lights were a bit dim, then on the last night of my stay the floor was wet so I ended up covering it with a towel because I was afraid it would be slippery when walking.
