I stayed one night for a business trip. Check-in was very late, and I was very happy to receive a late check-out. Thank you.

1. The location is right next to the Bencoolen MRT exit. From the last escalator of Bencoolen MRT, take the right turn. Exit the MRT and turn left. You'll arrive at the hotel. 2. Greeter Hotel is responsive when there are guests. Check-in is fast & the staff is very friendly. 3. There is an ice cube and cold water dispenser behind the hotel. If you miss iced tea, just make tea in your room, get ice cubes there. 4. There is a drinking water tap. You can refill water as much as you like. 5. In front of the hotel is a smoking area. Next to the hotel is a minimarket. Slide again there is a 7-Eleven & Dynasty Food Court. 6. Near the bus stop. 7. The room size is so-so. Enough for just resting, putting your luggage, taking a shower, and cleaning up.

The receptionist, I don't know the name, but when I forgot to state my son is 16 years old, he helped me without extra charge. So helpful. Thank you. One more thing, I really love the hotel area, near Masjid Sultan and Kampung Glam.

The room is quite suitable for 2 people, clean and close to the MRT or bus stop.

Easy check-in and check-out, staff was very helpful. The room is spacious enough compared to other hotels in Singapore. I booked a 4-bed family room. The room was very clean and modern. It was a wonderful 6-day experience.

Hotel Bencoolen is a fantastic mid-range choice. The rooms are clean and efficient, but the real winner is the location—walking distance to the MRT and great local food. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made check-in a breeze. Excellent value for money in the heart of the city!

The reception staff were very friendly, willing to help with any problems during your stay. Near the hotel there is a 24-hour halal (Indian) restaurant and 7-Eleven, so if you get hungry in the middle of the night, you can just go straight down. The nearest MRT station we used was Rochor MRT, exit B directly to the hotel about a 7-minute walk. If it's raining, the hotel also provides umbrellas in the lobby, so you can use them if there are any available. Oh yes, each room is provided with a premium drinking water filter, so you can fill your tumbler as much as you like to drink water.

Excellent hotel, near to Bugis shopping center and bus station in front of hotel, recommended to stay.

The hotel is very strategic to the center of Bugis Street, it is also close to the MRT, right next to Ibis Budget.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was nice and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient and easy to access. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

The hotel is strategically located on Bugis Street, with plenty of food options and a 7-Eleven nearby. It’s also conveniently close to bus stops and the MRT station, and within walking distance of Bugis Junction. The room was spacious and clean. What made our stay especially memorable was Jay, who was incredibly courteous and helpful, offering us plenty of great recommendations. His hospitality truly made a difference!

Many interesting places around the hotel, the Al Jaelani Muslim restaurant is open 24 hours, near the bustling Kampung Glam (Arab Street) and full of halal food that can be tried. The Bugis MRT station near the hotel can be reached in a few minutes. Many photo spots not found in the Orchard area

Location is perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the common space at the 2nd floor was very convenient, you can book a ride from there.

It’s very pleasant. My one-night stay in SG was perfect thanks to easy access to MRT & bus shelter. Late checkout was welcomed. Very clean inside the room made my stay more comfortable.

This is really good. If I go to Spore again, I definitely want to stay here again. The service is very good. Everyone is friendly. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The room is clean. Most importantly, there is a shower for the toilet so it is safe for urinating or defecating. The location is strategic. Very close to Bugis Street. You won't be confused about where to eat. There is a 7-Eleven next door. Easy transportation. I will definitely stay here again next time, haha.

Cozy, mezzanine, small, clean, close to anywhere... in the heart of Bugis. It's located on Bugis Street, across from Bugis Junction, next to Bugis MRT station, in front of Albert Hawker Centre, walking distance to 3 Meals a Day, and next to Seven Eleven. So cool! ❤️😍

We only stayed for one night, and I think the room is enough for 2 people sleeping. It's small but it's functional and pretty convenient. The bathroom is also small but it has everything you need for showering and brushing your teeth, and it has cold and hot water so you can adjust it to your liking. The premium water filter is really helpful so we can refill our water every time we need to drink. The amenities are also decent enough for the guests to have a comfortable stay. The staff are really communicative, helpful, friendly, and attentive. They suggested us a lot of Singapore's attractions and also how to get there. We think this is a very good move, just in case guests don't have plans for the day yet.

I just love this hotel! The room is spacious, facilities are provided, and there’s also a bidet! The gym and pool are great.

The staff speaks Indonesian and is friendly, explains the hotel rules clearly, and is close to souvenir shops and restaurants. The shared bathrooms, beds, and dining area are clean and smell good.

Happy to choose Summerview Hotel to stay. I stayed in a deluxe room. The room has more space than a usual hotel in Singapore, and surprisingly, there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Two kids under 9 years old can stay without extra charge (sleeping on the existing bed). I chose two single beds, and the hotel allowed combining the beds. Near Rochor MRT (4 minutes walking distance), near Bugis, and there is a 7-Eleven across the hotel. Definitely will be back.
