The room was neat and basic with no frills, but roomy and functional. Certain furnishing and fixtures were rather aged and not in tip-top condition (visible defects such as cracks in the bath tub), but nothing major and not a cause for complaint. However, the soundproofing of the room wasn't good-could rather easily hear the noises from the neighboring room. A major plus of this hotel is that it offers complimentary parking in its small private car park. The location is also almost unparalleled from a convenience/sightseeing/shopping perspective. An MRT station is at its doorstep and Dhoby Ghaut and Bugis are just a short distance away.

The counter staffs were helpful, polite and great. Checking in was smooth and easy. Overall, was good except for the toilet which is a bit out dated. The location was very near MRT and it was walking distance to F&B and shops. It was an awesome staycation. Highly recommended.

This hotel is well located for travellers who want to stay near Bugis area, clean and well-maintained hotel. Their front desk staff are very helpful and thanks for the free upgraded room. They have a free water dispenser in the 2nd floor (Swimming Pool Area), so you can get free refill for water and also fast check in and check out process. Thanks to Traveloka and it's totally recommended hotel!

Very recommended. Strategic location, near to mrt station (Bencoolen and Bras basah station), bus stop, taxi stand, restaurant, and mosque. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staffs were all nice and friendly, especially Mr. Muhammad.

2 nights 3 days, stay at Hotel 47 Bencoolan Singapore 🥰 Room 504, 3 people stayed, the room was clean and very spacious, there was coffee, tea in the room, a hot water kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave, 3 small bottles of water. If there is not enough water, you can fill your own drinking water on the 2nd floor (there is a water dispenser). There is a pool and spa that you can go down to play. The hotel is not expensive, recommended. Near the MRT Bus, it is very convenient to travel anywhere.

Strategic location, but why are we given the choice of requests if the hotel doesn't respond, the room floor is dirty at all beyond expectations. Breakfast; food is finished, there is salad. Not worth the price. Choose this hotel because of good reviews but it turns out the experience is very uncomfortable, the room is noisy, asked for a higher floor but was given a lower one... anyway, the staff at checkout was friendly 🥰🙏

Good staff, average food, sometimes the air conditioner is cold, sometimes not, water from the air conditioner drips down, a bit narrow, waiting for the elevator for a long time, there is no bidet here.

Room is spacious and clean, Bathroom also nice. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the floor and noises, i heard someone screaming around 10 to 11 PM. Overall its good if you want a big room, swimming pool and want to go to the city center such as Orchard Rd, Bencoolen Mrt, Dhoby Ghaut and Sommerset.

the room is quite spacious, clean but too dim, there is no light in the middle of the room, only using bedside lamps on the left and right sides of the bed
the swimming pool is small and the water doesn't flow so it looks a bit dirty, to refill drinking water is located on the 2nd floor near the pool and there is no light
the best part is that it is near the MRT station and taxi stand

yes, hotel prices in SG are indeed known to be expensive. the room size is really small, but clean. the air conditioner is cold. can view the outside street. so it's nice. the dispenser is provided quite far from the room and is only on the 2nd floor. my room is on the 9th floor. waiting for the elevator is also very long.
