The hotel is ok! That’s about it. I would not stay there again. It’s not very clean, gym is tiny, rooms are tiny, bathroom kinda filthy. It’s fine for a short stay but definitely not for longer than 3 nights

Very nice for the price

The room cleaning was often very late in the day, which was an inconvenience as room service is every other day now. Singapore is easy to get around so Macpherson offers comfort at a good price

Asked for utensils at night but was told the kitchen was closed and not able to provide. I just think just go to the kitchen and get the utensils for me so that I can eat my meals. Didn’t come to clean the room even though they said they will clean the room every second day. We got a room changed when we complained.

Outside paving is a trip hazard. The lateness of cleaning and servicing. Who wants to return to their room and servicing has not been done. On a plus side, staff, no matter which position they hold, are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to approach.

My shower lock was not really working and I thought the lighting in the toilet and shower was too dim. Otherwise I did not have any issue

Nice quiet area , not far from city

My room was large and clean and though it was next to the lift there was no noise from it. The hotel itself was a standard Ibis product, well run with a sense that you were in good hands. I was most impressed with the staff who were friendly and efficient and had an excellent attitude to the guests. I dealt mainly with Grace and Sean at Reception and Jomari and Mona in the Pool bar and I was impressed with how they remained cheery and calm no matter how much was asked of them, always a sign of good managent and good staff. We arrived late due to delayed flight. Let hotel know in advance. When we arrived told system down would need to wait about 30 minutes. However the desk guy got us sorted in about 5 minutes. Hotel fine for basic overnight. Only issue was very hard pillows.

Unfortunately, this is probably a standard IBIS hotel. Rooms are small, smell like mold, there was no drinking water in the room so only way to get water was a vending machine outside that only took coins or a gas station. Cleaning services knocked and rang at my room at 8am then just opened the door. Area around the hotel has seen better days. I normally stay away from Ibis hotels but had to because of early meetings near location.

This Brian Lane. I booked the reservation for my daughter and her mother. Unfortunately, there was a problem at the check-in for their flight and they were never allowed to board. We were told that the flight can be rebooked within 30 days. Also unfortunately, trying to contact to the airlines regarding the rebooking has been fruitless, but I am still trying. If I am allowed to rebook the flight is Ibis Styles in Singapore willing to help us out with a rebooking as well, hopefully at some form of discounted price???? Thank you BRIAN M. LANE

Hotel staff great. Nothong around the hotel but bus stop and mrt close. Breakfast a little bit small.

Staff: front desk are amazing, professional and resourcesfull. 4th floor staff is a hit and miss. Facilities: very clean thought the property. Swimming pool always clean. Towels are fully stocked but does not have a place to deposit wet towel. Breakfast does not have orderly line up. Guest just jump in whenever and whereever they want. Breakfast tables on the pool side always full of used plates. If only the hotel set up an area where guest could bring their used plates and mugs when finished helps to have tables available for next guest. Room: this hotel is NOTa for family. Single or Double. The room is very small, furniture doesn't fit in the room. Very little of air flow ventilation espcially the washroom. Large window but can't open the room s very muggy after shower or AC turn to 23 degree. shampoo provides in shower could use as "everything" hahaha. Overall it's an okay hotel for short stay. The hotel does offer free transfer shuttle to subway station at 11 am one-way. Other subway need to speak to front desk may pay a fee. Front desk have map of Singapore and subway station which is very useful. The only reason why rated 3 star is that the hotel is full of Indian guests who didn't care for the hotel. they are loud, play their loud music wherever and whenever. They have no elevator manner. Most are travel in large group leaving garbages and doesn't respect public washroom. Location: it's approx 15 min walk to the subway stations.
