This hotel's location was super strategic. Located in Bugis, you can travel anywhere easily by public transportations.
The staff were friendly. 1 staff, I think the name was Lynn, was super friendly to us. She smiled all the time, while most locals would not. On our check out day, happened to be her end shift, and our family had a pleasant conversation as we all walked to MRT station.
Room was perfectly fine for 2 people. They changed the amenities daily. They had smart TV inside, so watching Netflix while resting was a perfect way to end each day.

The friendly hotel staff (a sweet lady and her male colleague) at the front desk helped me so much with my navigation around the city as I was new to the city and I never got lost with their help with directions to places. The hotel itself is strategically located where it is near the cultural area where there are many halal middle eartern or asian eateries and in front of it is Sultan Plaza for you to get some stuff. The street where the hotel is located on is not noisy and safe for walking at night with a decent view. It is near the MRT station of Nicol Highway where going to Marina Bay is so easy and quick. Definitely will stay here again.

I was delighted to receive a room upgrade, which was a fantastic surprise! The upgraded accommodations were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with every detail carefully thought out for maximum comfort. The service throughout my stay was truly top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse range of options. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Millenia exceeded all my expectations. Would definitely want to send my regards and appreciation to the service given for my stay from the 21 to 22nd May 2022. Booked 2 rooms to host an advance birthday celebration. Yet again One Farrer hotel has surprised us with the many gems of customer service. Pre-arrival. Once again, through email communications, Jocelyn from Front Office was very welcoming as usual and arranged everything in order for my arrival's convenience. Really appreciate everything she has done and am thankful! Check-in Kit from reception was efficient in explaining the tight occupancy and invited us to the lounge. Nonetheless, would really like to thank Eugene & Team for providing quality service and service recovery on the small hiccups that happen throughout the stay. Kudos to housekeeping too for their fast response. Lounge. Last but not least, Mr Malek has definitely brought the standards of customer service to the next level, portraying professionalism in his work and ensuring my family was well-taken care of the whole time. We indulged in such treatment that we barely left the lounge and hotel. I still remember at times Malek was extremely polite in serving us which is really another gem in the hotel which serves as an extreme role model to his service and his peers. Thanks, Malek, we will be back! Nonetheless, appreciate the service given and would like to thank the team for the wonderful stay. Thanks!

Super big room & comfy king size bed! Nice & clean toilet. The staff changes the towels daily. Big pool. 24hours food centre & Cheers minimart are just 3 steps away, no lies. 400m to the nearest bus stop & just take 1 stop away to Paya Lebar MRT station, the same way if you wanna go back to the hotel from the MRT station mentioned. Surely wanna go back to stay again ❤️

The front office guy was very kind on the phone and when he serve us. He was very helpful with his always smiling face giving any information we needed. The hotel is very near to the food stall and just 5 minutes walk from MRT Station. The smell of the room is nice and refreshing.

If you are claustrophobic, then it won't be suitable for you. Pillow is too soft and when we called for the night shift receptionist for extra pillow, he didn't bother to call us back. Our room was upgraded by the customer service oriented personnel at the counter. He's friendly and very welcoming 👍Room is very clean and comfortable.

Awesome stay at Santa Grand with my family! I would like to thank the team on duty during our stay there btw 26-28Nov. I travelled with 3 elderly, one in wheelchair. The team managed to assign our 2 rooms close to each other and one bigger room to accommodate wheelchair. It makes taking care of everyone so much more convenient. Really appreciate for everything, from the prompt response for room service to kind consideration during our stay. My family enjoyed it so much! This is an unforgettable birthday celebration for my aunt, being her first staycation 😊 would definitely come back again! Can't express enuff thanks for the team, thank you for taking care of us!
