Great stay. All staff were pleasant. Check in was a little slow but under one hour and fuss free so that's okay. Room was fully equipped with ironing board, safe, hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge, tea and coffee set. Despite reading several reviews that had mini cockroaches, our bedroom was clean and comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Enjoyed the bathtub. Walking distance to Bugis and Arab Street. Did not have a good night's sleep though, but maybe that's just us as we felt the bed and comforter was not comfortable enough.

Love this hostel. Clean bed, clean bathroom, very comfortable and very nice receptionist. 2 blocks away from the MRT station made it easier for us to go everywhere. Definitely will be back to this hostel when we visit Singapore again. :)

Room was prepared by the time I reached (around 2pm). Deposited $100 cash (can use credit card too) with reception as hotel policy. Loved the room, which came with bathtub as well! Room was clean and had no issues with it. Living Room had a Sound bar which can connect to Bluetooth to play music, while both TVs had cable TV (no connection to Netflix). Loved the gigantic fridge and the complimentary coffee capsules and coffee machine:-) I must mention that there are so many wall plugs everywhere, don't have to worry about not having enough slots for your devices! Bedroom TV suddenly wasn't working at night (around 12.30am) but called reception and technician swiftly changed the TV (took about 15 minutes). For the rooftop pool, required to book slot during check-in. Need to go to lobby to collect keycard at the start of slot and return at the end of slot. Towels can be found on the left of lifts. View from rooftop pool was beautiful (and I think night view would be even better!) Location of hotel was good. Right downstairs there was 7-11 in case you want some late night snacks/drinks. Right across the road is Haji Lane, where you can visit some beautiful cafes. Many places to explore around the hotel. Believe Suntec City is also about 10-15min walking distance from hotel. Great stay overall and would love to come back again! Will constantly be looking out for sales/promos!

My whole family was very impressed by him going out of the way to ensure our check in was smooth as silk. I'll strongly recommend this place

Hotel is just exactly like the photo. It is a clean, cozy and comfortable hotel. They have iron for clothes, kitchen, water dispenser for cold & hot, hair dryer, toilet and bathroom in common space so you need to share with others. When I stayed there I did not need to queue for all of this. Please ensure your mobile phone can use WiFi to get your room e-key. There is an admin who can reply or answer your question for 24 hours by WhatsApp. I will stay here again next time. Thank you.

It was my first time and I was in awe with the design of the hotel. The interior was breathtaking. Booked the luxury room and the hotel upgraded us to the 20th floor. The view of the city was amazing. We got twin single, bed was comfy. The pillows deflate as soon as we lay our heads on it. Would be nice if they were puffy instead. Room service was fantastic. Price was reasonable though, as the portion was good. The pool only operates till 8.30pm. The bookings were tight. We were lucky we got the earliest slot for 7am and had the pool to ourselves on the first day. At least for a good 1 hour. Had an award winning breakfast afterwards. I'm a Muslim and understood the menu was not halal but they managed to tweak the ingredients which I am thankful and grateful for. If they have the kitchen halal certified, they would win more tummies I bet. Hope they will reconsider someday. The receptionists were great and they were always contactable. Whatever that we request for, were sent immediately within 10 mins. We even needed help with the TV and they sent their engineers up. What a service! Would definitely recommend and will come back to visit soon. Thank you! X

If you're bored of the Orchard area and wanted to stay in other areas in Singapore that's still close to many of the famous places without the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect hotel for you. I had an incredible stay at The Clan hotel. The vibe and ambiance of this hotel is impeccable. I arrived during sunset and gasped when I saw the beautiful sunset light up the luxurious lobby. I was welcomed with a tea prepared by the tea master, checked in, and loved my room soo much. The room was so chic, so comfortable, and always perfectly clean when I got back to the hotel after a long day. What's even better is just right beside the hotel you can find so many restaurants and bars that open until late at night. 1000/10 would recommend to EVERYONE!

I love the hotel. Decent room and bathroom size, has a little pantry, bidet, hairdryer, iron. Water dispenser on every level. Very comfortable. During our stay, there was a street construction right across the street but still soundproof. Walking distance to Sim Lim Square and Rochor MRT station. Ending our one week stay here soon, and would like to say that overall we love this place! Even my dog (a 4.8 kg malchipoo) enjoyed her stay too! From the reception staff to housekeeping staff, they're all very friendly and things are in working order. It's good to know that they have both a washing machine, dryer and even a hanger rack to cater to different people/household needs. What can be improved would be the maintenance of the air-conditioning unit, like the ones in the living room (above the TV) and along the corridor, which was dripping due to condensation? But it works well and cools the living room. However, in both bedrooms that we have, it was so warm to sleep at night. So it'd be great if that issue can be fixed! Besides that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to the next time!

Second time staying here. Great room, great service, wonderful stay. 10/10 would recommend for all. Breakfast was mediocre and not worth the additional money. Requested for two orange juice to go as we were too full and wanted to drink it later. Love to stay at Furama Riverfront. Nearby to MRT station, can go by walk to some restaurants and Clark Quay area just by walk around 10 - 15 minutes (depends on your choice of restaurant). Family friendly. And the most love for the room size, you can't choose another hotel in the central with that size and affordable price.

Service was good, called for a replacement kettle as the one in the room was old and there were yellowish/brownish stains at the spout. Staff came with a brand new one (opened the box right in front of me at the door). There were some flying insects that kept appearing in the bathroom, not really where they came from since we killed some but another one would reappear again later. Mookata dinner was good, a good variety of meats and seafood were given together with a mountain of veggies. Thai Milk Tea was not bad either. Buffet style breakfast is back since COVID rules have relaxed but staff was still helpful with serving guests and plating food, even sending it to our tables.
