We had such a pleasant stay at Naumi. Good location with many awesome food places around. The rooftop pool is great for lounging and the pool size is nice for taking a dip and chilling around. Love that the room has Apple TV. Staff are all pretty nice and friendly too.

Enjoyed the stay at Naumi for a few reasons:- Location is good, a 10min walk to Bugis, and 5min to City Hall/Raffles City.- Check-in was smooth and staff provided a tour of the room. Shoutout to Ferlyn for being really friendly.- Room interior is really nice, the bed was really comfortable, the sliding minibar is a cool concept and a nice selection of tea/coffee is provided.- Bathroom and toilet are separated, unlike regular ones which are 2-in-1.- The view at the pool is really nice, which was what attracted me to book this hotel. But also had some issues during the stay:- Shower door kept swinging open a little bit on its own as the backing wasn't able to adhere well.- Didn't see a toothbrush/toothpaste provided, maybe have to request from reception.- The rooms weren't well soundproofed and it's possible to hear the main door opening and closing at night if other guests return or go out late at night, as well as random water and another kind of sounds throughout the night. Probably the reason why they gave free earplugs, do use them if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, had thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would consider booking again if there are good deals

The Habitat room may be small, but fully equipped with modern design! The cloud 9 pool is extremely beautiful and relaxing! As we are unable to dine outside, the staff actually allowed us to eat at the spaces up in the pool even if is not hotel's food, great service and staff in the reception were very polite and nice too!

Had a weekend stay at Naumi, a first for me and a second for my partner. He had a great experience during his first stay so we were quite hyped up for this. Check in was a breeze, we arrived on the dot but the pool was already fully booked for the day. Props to staff Lisa who was very friendly and all smiles bringing us to the room and explaining to us what's and what's not. Room was exactly how I see in the pictures. We were on the sixth floor, not much of a view but that's fine. Initially we wanted to book patio room that has a balcony/terrace attached. I'm glad we didn't pay for that extra money. The moment I open the curtains from our room and looked down we were in clear view of the four terraces down below. Could see everything people were doing down below and yup, shut the curtains right after. Bathroom is separate stall from toilet, a little on the smaller side but that's fine. Complimentary bar snacks / capsule coffee and T2 tea. The main highlight of the staycation was that we booked the majulah package to get access to their rooftop pool and bar from 7-9pm. It was realy awesome. Service staff were really prompt and nice, food and alcohol were all included in the package. Food was super yummy too. Overheard a guy behind us berating the waiter why is there no beer option since it was stated in the package. Poor waiter has no clue what's included and was just serving the options they were briefed on. Been awhile since we basked in National Day ambience, with the live telecast and flags/clappers it really enhanced the mood. Fireworks view was unobstructed, really fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone who are looking for a good fireworks view but don't want the crowd - Naumi rooftop pool fits the bill perfectly. Breakfast was complimentary, either English or continental. There's not much difference honestly, English is sausage or cheese and continental is ham or cheese. Servers were very understaffed for breakfast seating, saw a few couple repeatedly being asked for their orders. Naumi location is great, we had a really yummy Hainanese chicken rice just next door and nice coffee across the road. Really accessible from City Hall / Bugis, wide array of things to eat. Honestly everything was impeccable except for one - late check out. In the majulah package it was stated “guaranteed late check out at 3pm” which was a great perk. So, my partner called a good three times to front desk asking about late check out. We were first told 12noon, but he asked since we're on the package isn't it 3pm. Lady said she'll check and get back. Nope, no call. We called again, another guy said 1pm, but we repeated and asked isn't it 3pm? Guy said call back tomorrow to check. Partner asked what time should he call to check, he answered very impatiently “just call at 1pm”. Hold up, isn't it “guaranteed”? Why do we have to keep calling and being put on hold on the line with no confirmation + a rude staff (honestly think he's the only one the other staff were all very pleasant) Why are we treated as if we're asking for privilege or a favour? So, never mind we packed our stuff just in case we can't extend. Called close to 1pm the next day and guy said nope no extend cause they need our room. At this point, we didn't bother asking anymore. I was so upset about it. I get it if it was a “request and based on availability” but nope it was included in the package! Why do you state it's guaranteed when it's not and shouldn't the staff be getting back to us instead of us keeping tabs? The planning of the assigned rooms and bookings has much more left to be desired. The late check out (or lack thereof) and impatient/rude guy manning the concierge were the only flaws to the otherwise perfect staycation. Still, props to the other many staff we encountered during our stay but we didn't get your names. Recommend for couples looking for staycation / fireworks lookout location! My partner and I will return, hopefully.

Great view from the rooftop pool/bar. Managed to watch the NDP fireworks 🎆 Staff is super friendly and they even gave us a room tour after checking in! Gave us high floor room as per requested with great view. Breakfast could have been better tho but overall satisfied with the stay.

We were checked in well after midnight by a lovely bright and friendly lady who was very welcoming The location in the Colonial district was great with loads of cafes specialty and local restaurants with minutes walk The rooftop pool is gorgeous Unfortunately the rooftop bar is only opened between 5 - 7 pm while the pool is opened to 10pm…….would be great to have nibbles and drinks while the pool is open

Thatcha and Kaverha made our stay excellent, they were so friendly and helpful as well Thatcha allowed us to book into our room early. The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable and the pool with its stunning views was gorgeous. We also enjoyed our daily complimentary beverage. We will definitely stay here again.
