Fast check-in and out. Friendly receptionist. Spacious room. Clean room & bathroom. Nice city view. Perfect location between 2 MRT blue and yellow line. A lot of food stores around or walk just 10 minutes. Sweet-scented lobby. Reasonable price with the amazing location. Will be back.

May be time for a bit of a refresher, but the location is unbeatable. Bencoolen MRT is at the doorstep, and Bras Basah MRT is a stone's throw away. Dhoby Ghaut Interchange is also just a short walk from the hotel. Staff are efficient, polite, and helpful. The concierge is 5*: wonderfully helpful and friendly.

Great location, close to bus station and MRT station, lots of eateries and convenient stores right in the hotel premises. I requested a room with 2 single beds but they were full so they upgraded me to club class for free. Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms.

we helpful staff . The location is very central with a 7/11 attached to the hotel and the train station next to it . The best way to get around town is to walk 10 mins to the Dhobi Ghaut MRT interchange where 3 lines meet .

Great central location, right near bus and train stations but we used taxi a lot as was a quicker option in a lot of cases for us.
The kids loved cooking off in the pool after our adventures out.
Buffet breakfast was good too.

Property in public areas looking a bit shabby - frayed carpets, etc. Unfortunately my room was right next to the pool so curtains closed most of the time. Overall a good stay though not sure it would be a four star in US.

Our hotel stay has been extremely amazing. The staff at the club lounge are friendly and helpful and we feel so welcomed. A special shoutout to these three staff who have been so awesome, Sofie, Yamani & Dayang. The food served are fresh and delicious, with a fair variety. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the exclusive feeling. We love the junior suite room that was assigned to us on Level 10. It is spacious, and we were lucky to catch a wonderful view of the national day (rehearsal) fireworks. The sofa could be converted into a sofa bed and the bathroom is fantastic. It is a large bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower and the toilet bowl has a bidet washlet mechanism and heated seats. Love the rainshower and massage spray functions too. Simply amazing!

Our room had damp, the wallpaper was peelng very small and dark, no storage. Windows were filthy. They had blowers in the hallways, not sure why but the smell was horrible. The naid changed the towels and didnt close our door properly, it was left open all day, could easily have been robbed. No cafe available in the morning, it was 55sgd for a breakfast. Over priced and over rated.

Really excellent! Great room, everything was new and great quality! Pool was great! Breakfast was very good!
The staff was excellent -- there were a number of small problems with the room (electrical outlets and safe not working and clock set to wrong time (could not be adjusted). For each problem, they sent someone immediately who fixed the problem quickly (reset breaker, replaced safe battery, reset clock). I didn't bother getting the bidet control panel fixed since I could use the basic functions.
I would definitely stay in this property again -- the location was incredibly convenient to the MRT, and it was just a beautiful place to stay!

This is an excellent place to say in Singapore. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel has so many dining options that it is hard to choose. The staff of the hotel is fantastic. They do their job very well, always helpful and courteous.

This hotel needs a remodel bad. My room had water leak from the ceiling, it was from the AC condensation. The facilities staff took care of it before it got bad. The hotel front desk doesn't always pickup the phone when you call them.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the exclusive feeling. We love the junior suite room that was assigned to us on Level 10. It is spacious, and we were lucky to catch a wonderful view of the national day (rehearsal) fireworks. The sofa could be converted into a sofa bed and the bathroom is fantastic. It is a large bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower and the toilet bowl has a bidet washlet mechanism and heated seats. Love the rainshower and massage spray functions too. Simply amazing!

Our room had damp, the wallpaper was peelng very small and dark, no storage. Windows were filthy. They had blowers in the hallways, not sure why but the smell was horrible. The naid changed the towels and didnt close our door properly, it was left open all day, could easily have been robbed. No cafe available in the morning, it was 55sgd for a breakfast. Over priced and over rated.

Really excellent! Great room, everything was new and great quality! Pool was great! Breakfast was very good!
The staff was excellent -- there were a number of small problems with the room (electrical outlets and safe not working and clock set to wrong time (could not be adjusted). For each problem, they sent someone immediately who fixed the problem quickly (reset breaker, replaced safe battery, reset clock). I didn't bother getting the bidet control panel fixed since I could use the basic functions.
I would definitely stay in this property again -- the location was incredibly convenient to the MRT, and it was just a beautiful place to stay!

This is an excellent place to say in Singapore. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel has so many dining options that it is hard to choose. The staff of the hotel is fantastic. They do their job very well, always helpful and courteous.

Walkable distance to museum, shopping and food. Train station just outside the hotel too. A little disappointed with the Club Lounge food options (compared to previous visit pre-Covid) but still quiet area to chill in the evenings.

This hotel needs a remodel bad. My room had water leak from the ceiling, it was from the AC condensation. The facilities staff took care of it before it got bad. The hotel front desk doesn't always pickup the phone when you call them.
