I initially chose this hotel because it’s within walking distance of Mount Elizabeth Hospital. The staff also understands the habits of Indonesian guests, and they were very helpful throughout my stay.

Responsive and helpful staff (all from front office, concierge, and also housekeeping staff). Each room is equipped with a machine that filters water to be safe for drinking. Rooms, lobby area, and even changing rooms for swimming are all clean.

we had been staying here so many many times. our favourite hotel just that the triple bed room is pretty small. We love the breakfast and the location is so close to Orchard Road.

The hotel is located near shopping centers such as Far East Plaza, Paragon, Lucky Plaza, ... so it is easy to find restaurants, places to buy souvenirs, medicine, clothes.
Good service, friendly and enthusiastic staff. If you want to book a taxi, you can ask the hotel to call and book a trip. Free wifi if you rent a room here.
Rooms are spacious, neat, clean. The air conditioner runs very cold, you can adjust the air conditioner yourself.
For food, I only ate the breakfast buffet, there are many dishes

The hotel's ambiance is clean, the rooms are spotless, the towels and sheets smell great, the breakfast is varied, with plenty of options, even for vegetarians, and the prices are affordable. There are several large malls across from the hotel. Recommended.

Check-in and check-out were quick and simple.
It's close, but the walk is uphill, so it's still okay to walk from the MRT with luggage.
The food is good, the restaurant staff are friendly, but be careful if you're Muslim; there's always pork at breakfast.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, but if I'm tired from walking, it's a bit of a hassle to go back to the hotel. Thanks, York.

The hotel lobby is clean and spacious, the rooms are clean and spacious. When we booked, the room size was standard. When we checked in, because the room we booked was full, we were upgraded for free to a larger room. The price was affordable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The environment is comfortable and close to the city center. The restaurant is spacious, with a varied menu and delicious taste. It was a pleasant stay at @York Hotel Singapore.
