Belair Beach Hotel

Clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, and wonderful beach!!

Great place to stay. Probably the best people on the island. Friendly, fun and laid back. The beach is beautiful and not rocky. Other than sporadic hot water shortages it was one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Sint Maarten. :)

A swimming pool jet didnt have a cover where the jets were. I put my hand on that jet and almost took my fingers off. I reported it, and the staff didnt fix until several other guests I encourage to report it. The staff didnt show enough urgency to a dangerous situation, I just felt using your facilities the staff wasnt coopertive to my report of a unsafe condition.

The Belair is a quiet hotel with great service and nice Cafe available for dinner. The mini market on site was a huge convenience. You won’t find a nicer beach on the island. Snorkeling off the beach was fun and convenient. Love the Belair Beach Hotel. Don’t change a thing ❤️

Beautiful views from the balcony. Staff is wonderful. Property is clean. Food at Gingerbread House is good with bar. We will be coming back soon!

I had an amazing time at this hotel! I’d definitely stay again. It was super clean and quiet, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Amazing view from balcony and great ocean swimming just steps from the hotel. Staff very friendly. A little dated and minimal amenities on site but everything well kept and resort next door had some good restaurants and shops. I would go again!

Great beach, clean beach, Great view! Spacious condo with AC and good flowing water. Restaurant on site that serves all meals consistently. Very close to shopping in Phillsburg and the Bobby Marina for trips.

The beach is right outside your door.

What stood out the most about this property was the staff. They were very accommodating and helpful throughout my entire stay. I would definitely come back to Belair Beach Hotel when visiting Sint Maarteen.

Highlights of our stay were view from the balcony and the beach.There is a short hike to Fort Amsterdam with nice views.Staff was pleasant but not much service (check in/out).Beach chairs are assigned and has to be occupied by 10am,otherwise it’s reassigned.Beach towel is only given/exchanged once a day (pouring rain or not),8-5.Beach is nice size,semiprivate,at the doorstep.Sadly,there is trash that people leave behind and staff don’t seem to clean.Common areas look dirty.I was going to write off room condition to extremely dated but was actually dirty on top of it.All rooms are nice size:2 bedroom,2 bathroom suites,with kitchen,living and balcony facing the beach.Bedrooms were poorly painted over dirt,no windows unless you want to see & be seen by other occupants(they face the walkway).Furniture crooked and dusty,kept clothes in suitcase.Bathrooms had someone’s hair on walls & bathtub.Strange splash marks by & on toilet.Living & dining areas were decent.Didn’t use the kitchen,but utensils there didn’t look clean.Spent most of our time on the balcony,slept in bed overnight (sheets appeared to be clean).If it wasn’t for balcony and beach,I wouldn’t have stayed there.Food options are limited to one mediocre cafe that serves breakfast,lunch & dinner.Restaurants in the adjacent resort weren’t great either (except a taco spot).Plenty of food options within short drive.Pool gave motel vibes,didn't use.Great potential but everything needs major upgrade.Will not be back until then.

Perfect location. Room and building were old but very clean. People were nice. Not crowded at all. Close to divi where there are food options

The staff at Belair are amazing! The view from the suites is full ocean front and can’t be beat. We loved the beach and the reserved chairs.
