All the rooms had a stunning ocean view. The property was located in a great location, although it was slightly old and outdated. The restaurant food was exceptional. I would definitely stay there again. The beach view was breathtaking.

Hotel is right on the beach which has clean white sand. Great swimming area. Tons of loungers and chairs with umbrellas. All rooms are beachfront with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a full kitchen, large living room, and have a large deck which overlooks the beach and Little Bay. Grounds are imaculate and all staff members were pleasant and helpful. The small cafe has probably the best food with the cheapest prices in the whole area. To top it off there is a small store in the hotel which carries absolutely everything with great prices. Overall we would recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely return!

Had a great stay/experience at the Belair Beach Hotel. Rooms were big and kitchen was stocked with plates and silverware. Balcony view was AMAZING! Chairs and table were included on the balcony. Air conditioning was excellent as was shower water pressure and temps. Beach was one of the best on the island. Clean, free of sargassum, and very private. Early mornings and late afternoons = total private beach. Waves were mild. Pool is small and only one restaurant on premise...convenient store was tiny but packed with all essentials at fair pricing. No fitness center (bummer!). Secured entry and parking. Overall, this is really a hidden gem for those looking for a post card beach with clear turquoise water. 3 minute drive to Phillipsburg. Do not let the exterior and grounds fool you (Not as modern as others, but still an overall amazing location.) Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

We stayed here for a few days before Anguilla. The property is dated but very clean. The restaurant is very good with fair prices. I will stay here again hopefully the living quarters will be updated soon. The beach is nice and being able to walk to the other resort was a plus, more restaurants. They don’t acknowledge or do anything special for your birthday.

Amazing location and exceptionally clean property. We had daily housekeeping, which was very helpful. The hotel is dated, but everything worked well. The staff were consistently friendly, kind, and helpful. The beach is truly one of the best on the island—no seaweed, calm water, and far better conditions than the other three beaches we visited. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, which are included and assigned to your room upon arrival. Aside from the sound of the waves, the property is very quiet. We did go to the restaurants at the next door resort which was a nice option. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again!

For what it’s worth, the hotel is conveniently located in little bay so beach is nice, which is a plus. However, there’s nothing particularly exciting about the hotel itself. The staff is friendly and helpful, working with what they have, but the hotel is extremely outdated. Despite the staff’s best efforts, the rooms didn’t feel very clean, even though they were clean. This is because of the overall datedness of the hotel. There’s no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. Mosquitos buzzing around. Probably won’t stay there again but I’ve heard that some rooms are renovated so may be worth asking the staff if you can be put into one of those lol

The view from the balcony was a plus. The stay overall at this resort was absolutely amazing. The only thing that needs to be updated possibly is the furniture. It’s retro 70s but it’s really clean and neat. They have everything you need. The staff was wonderful. The gingerbread Café was really good. They may need to update and patch their driveway but other than that, this was a perfect stay. They have a car rental company on site along with a small market and plenty of activities to do if you don’t wanna leave the resort. It’s kid, friendly, and having your family here would make it all the better. You can see the cruise ships come in and out you can see people yachting on the water. The beach here is 24 hours and yes, you can bring your own alcohol. The mosquitoes will eat you up, so make sure that you protect yourself. You may experience a GEICO or two in your room, but it’s really not a big deal. Maintenance will come and clean them up 😊
